Cheap. Out of town location. Fairly quiet but you can’t guarantee that with other guests.

Seemed to be in a not so nice industrial area. I didn’t want to walk down the street so drove to the nearest Lidl. No kettle in room. Hotel is situated across several separate buildings with an industrial type lane connecting them all. It’s not particularly well lit and there were several people sat outside smoking, staring at you as you walked by with your case.

Room conditions: We loved the condition of the rooms (508 & 512 to be exact) in general and their cleanliness, condition specific air-conditioning and perfect location. Strong internnet connection was a plus. Perfect for the price!!

Services: We wanted to pay with an online-bank whose details were provided during booking. However, a staff member didn't allow us and asked to pay in cash or with a credit/debt card. Moreover, in one of the rooms(room number 512 to be specific) were 3 water bottles. One was full, but the rest 2 were empty bottles. NB...a receptionist replied us positively to the empty bottles after we told him that 2 of the bottles were empty. He gave us a bottle of water.

The room was very big even for ua a family of 5. The staff were very good with communication. We were also given discounts with our breakfast.Our room were cleaned everyday.

Kettles and iron we're not standard , you have to ask reception first. First time we asked they said they don't provide it, but the other receptionist gave us them 😳. Cleaning staffs would smoke outside our room. We can smell the smoke even from the inside. There is supposed to be a mini kitchen but there were no dining utensils to use.

The hotel staff did their best to be accommodating and our room had surprise air-conditioning, which was a pleasant surprise as we arrived at the tail end of a heatwave. The location seems a bit out of the way but there are busses and trams nearby so it wasn't an issue.

We booked for 2 adults and a child and we were one pillow and blanket short as the hotel was fully booked and no spares could be found.

Compact, well equipped quiet room. Efficient shower needing no adjustment. Very good breakfast buffet. Short walk to bus stop with a 10 minute service into the city.

Disappointed the restaurant was not open in the evening. Shower tray was very slippery and now in my 80s I'm wary of falling. Foam mattress softer than I prefer.

Breakfast was fine, served at reasonable time. The location was perfect for our trip to the Frankfurter Feldbahn Museum. We also found the local bus service convenient.

The fact that the restaurant no longer functions in the evening is regrettable, though it did not negatively affect our trip.

The room was large and clean beds was made . Ac was on so was nice inside the room. There is fridge and sink in room

I requested an extra bed, which I specifically put before paying in the hotel. staff denied it, and the room was made only for 4 people, but I requested 5ht the extra room was available. However, it was broken, so it was unusable. Only 4 pillows and blankets were provided. The mattress are horribly so

Hotel was very convenient to drop off our rental car , but not for anything else. Aldi is close but not many eating places.

Very confusing getting to our room , they have 3 buildings for 3 different named hotels ,with only 1 reception. We were told we were in the yellow building down the street, that was it . It is located in the middle of car repair businesses and car sales yards area.

The location was actually not as bad as I read in the reviews and the amenities were really good. Bed was super comfy and the place was clean. The lady at reception was nice enough to let us check in 30 minutes early as we arrived early. It was all better than we expected.

I had no breakfast even though I paid for it. I had to check out early. I didn't spend the night, but spent a lot of the day at the hotel. I had to check out same day because my family member became available to host me for the night. I would have loved to get some refund from the hotel, at least for the breakfast I never had, but oh well.

The staff were great, provided Information about breakfast and checkout times when asking them. Room was compact however still felt spacious

The main room light didn't work, however I didn't report this to the staff as it could have been I wasn't doing something right. Didn't bother me as the two lamps either end of the room was plenty sufficient
