Overall it's good enough. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in the cheapest appartment for one person. I like they have a little kitchen in it, so I cooked for myself a few times. There is an S-Bahn in 5 minutes walk and it's the next station after Hauptbahnhof, so it super easy to get wherever you want from this point. The neighbourhood is good. And a table was comfortable for work.

A table wasn't clean and in my room I could hear other fellow travelers a bit. Especially their kitchen hood 🙂 But for me it was alright. People were quiet actually. For this price everything was good!

Good service at the reception. Entrance to the building by card only. Room clean, enough for a couple of days. There is a mini kitchen, you can cook something for yourself, but no electric kettle or microwave. The kettle can still be replaced, but if you need to heat something from ready food, it is unlikely that you will be able to do it. This was not an inconvenience to us as we were only staying for one night. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean compared to the train station. We paid an extra 10 euros for a doggy. There is a shop not far from the hotel - 500 metres away. You can have a coffee in the morning at the reception. Also note that the reception is a separate small building right in front of the hotel.

For the price a good hotel, there are no negative comments

Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were a great example of how to make the most of the available space, everything was streamlined, functional and provided a calm environment. The local area had great food options from cafés and restaurants to supermarkets and toiletries shops with easy access to the city centre via the 11 tram or the s bahn

For the price point it was perfect

👌 Excellent, everything was good with comfort. Feeling like living in my own apartment. And further more it was only 4 mins away from the Galluswarte station and 1.5 KM from the center so everything was reachable by walk. See you soon!

Building should have any trash or garbage room where we can through our trash once full. That's only the thing have to add otherwise all excellent 👌

Each room is an individual unit with bed, bathroom (shower), plenty of space, but also fridge and sink and a hob if you want to cook or heat. Nice construction and lots of light from a large double glazed window. Free coffee etc in the reception building, and a very friendly and helpful lady called Monica!

Not a problem, but having the coffee machine in reception has pros and cons, pro is that you have a very sophisticated and well serviced machine, with china cups etc. It's also more sociable, with an outdoor seating area to enjoy the weather. Con is that you can't make a cup in your room (although you could take it back there) But that's a small con in all honesty! :)

Very nice hotel, friendly personal, free tasty coffee and fruits (bananas, apples) on the reception, nice tables where you can drink cofee on the fresh air. Room is comfortable, kitchen has all things which you may need (dishes, dish soap, sponge, towel etc.).

In my apartment shower was with curtain, so when you take a shower, some water falls on the bathroom floor. As proposal, leave the floor close, so guest can clean the floor if needed (or use one of the towels).

Absolutelly comfortable stay. Clean, basic cooking utilities to prepare simple breakfast or supper in appartment. New bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quitet street, after 22:00 stops the noise of airport. So, it was nice stay. 500m far away the appartment is REWE supermaket you can buy something to eat. 1,6km walk to MESSE fair complex.

Clean, comfy, and in a super convenient spot near the train station. The room was nice, and I had a good stay overall.

The WiFi was awful. I could barely get a stable connection in my room, which was really frustrating.

The location is close to the west gate of Frankfurtmesse, you can walk to, 15-20min distance, there is supermarket close by as well 5 min walk. The kitchen is OK with all utensils and a fridge. The room was warm and clean, and the construction site across the street wasn't loud, although it might be due to low temperature during my stay.

I didn't like there was no elevator.

Check in looked a bit sketchy as it looks like a construction office out the front of a building that was covered in scaffolding, and the first person we spoke to was a bit unfriendly, but the person who checked us in was lovely.
