Very clean and comfortable. Location is also Excellent!

The majority of the staff needs training on How to acknowledge customers. Most have zero personality and seem to be disconnected. Need to improve on providing personal customer service. The hotel itself was an excellent experience!

We booked our stay here so we could spend the night after the concert at the arena next door. When we arrived late at night after the show to check in, we discovered that the rooms we had booked hadn’t been prepared. It was especially important to us that there be a connecting door between the rooms to ensure our children's safety. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly kind and understanding — they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite. Everything about our stay was exceptional: the beds were incredibly comfortable, we had easy access to our children’s room, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Everything was great!

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is huge and really modern. We only stayed a night for a concert there, it served us really good. The staff were really nice and friendly, considering how many people were there that day. All were really patient. Our room was just big enough for the two of us. Beds were comfortable. Room bathroom provided everything one needs for a short stay. The location was perfect. Our hotel room view was absolutely stunning. A tram stop is 2 minutes walk from a hotel, and there are two trams 16 & 17. Depends on where you have to go, but it’s an easy way to go to a Main Station. A hotel itself is near the city centre/main station, but it was so peaceful and quiet.

The only thing I didn’t like was a tap and a shower in a bathroom. It’s been a long time since I had to turn on and off water that way. While showering, because my hands were slippery I couldn’t turn my water back on. I’m not blaming a hotel, it’s just one small detail I wish could be changed.

The hotel is in a central location and walkable to train station, restaurants, and even the old town. The staff were nice and the breakfast is really good. We booked this hotel for one night as we wanted to stop in Frankfurt from our way back from Northern Germany to Switzerland. We choose this hotel since it centrally located and have a swimming pool and sauna that are open until late, 11 pm and 10 pm, respectively.

The swimming pool was too cold. In our kids' room the window couldn't be completely closed and therefore it was too noisy and felt colder than it should. When we asked the staff to fix it, they said that they are aware of the problem but couldn't do anything about it as it was too late into the night.

We loved hotel and all its services. The check in was quick and smooth, the lady at reception Irena has explained everything and was always very responsive to all our questions. Hotel has a very nice lobby lounge with free cofee machine, drinking water, apples, kids were happy! In the room we have also found small presents for kids like Haribo marmelades. We took family room, which is actually 2 DBL rooms with connecting door. Kids loved pool too. We were offered free breakfast which was very good! Everybody could find its favourite food there. The room was also equiped with Nespresso cofee machine and free coffee and tea capsules were provided too. The location is my favourite: Westend, near the Sky Plaza mall, close to Hbf, but yet you will not find homeless or strange people there... Tram, undeground stations are just opposite hotel, in 2 stops you are in the center. We loved our stay there and would be happy to return back! Thank you!

Everything was great!

Mary queen comfortable rooms. Beds were exceptional, staff, and breakfast was all phenomenal.

Your work out and gym facilities were terrible. Only four treadmill machines. When I want to walk I go into the city which is what I did every day. Treadmills are useless. You have a single rowing machine which was useless. You also have a bench where you could possibly use some free weights, but you had none to use on the bench. There is no reason for you even do have a Fitness room. It was absolutely pathetic! Swimming pool Area was also terrible. Swimming pools are meant for outside, not inside. If you are going to have a swimming pool, you should offer one outside as well. Otherwise have nothing. Treadmills are useless.

Room is nice and comfortable with modern furnishings and enough space to work / relax. Location is very good, accessible by public transport, also walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof, but already in a very nice area, so can be recommended for a central location while avoiding the issues in the immediate surroundings of Hauptbahnhof. I probably stayed in the off-season (also weekend), so it was very good value for money.

The shower controls are a bit unusual and took a bit of time to get used to. Also, the breakfast seemed overpriced, so we did not try it (but there are many reasonable alternative options in the neighborhood for breakfast).

Great value for money. The breakfast was excellent. The facilities are very good (gym, swimming pool).

I arrived 40 minutes earlier than check in time and the employee told me in a tone that the room was not ready. I waited in the lobby and watched as anyone who came was given a room immediately. Also, there were no bathrobes and slippers in the room and I had to ask for them. The carpet in the room does not help much in the image of cleanliness.

Breakfast full buffet and was really good - Value for money is a little off. The rooms are comfortable but very basic The location is prime and is in a great area - Bad thing is not too many restaurants nearby (most close out of lunch or Dinner)

The Pillows arent great and are a little uncomfortable The Restaurant for evening dinners/late lunches doesn't compare to that of Marriot across the street.

The room and location of the hotel is amazing. just within minutes of walking distance to the central train station. The confort and cleanliness of the place made this a very pleasant experience. There was wide choice of options available from the breakfast buffet, very tasty! The gym and pool facilities are great!

I had an issue with my safe that did not seems to work. I reported that to the receptionist(s) at least 4 times and was promised to get someone from the maintenance/technical team to come and look at it, no one ever show up. Each time there was a different person at the reception but was not aware of anything. (lack of follow up!) On the last day on my stay, I was offered to change room but it was not possible as I was leaving the next day. Second big issue for me was the lack of phone in my room, therefore I had to go down and queue at the reception which was a huge waste of my time!
