Summer is the off-season in Frankfurt. So, I was able to use it much cheaper than when there was an exhibition. The city view from the 44th floor was very nice. And the M-Lounge provided to guests was very useful. Light food was served starting at 5pm and it was very good. Alcohol was also very good, including beer, wine, champagne and many other drinks, including coffee. It was very close to the city center so it was cheaper to take an Uber. The bedding in the room was clean and the room service was good. There is a natural history museum (the largest in Europe) within walking distance to the north of the hotel, and a nice botanical garden a little further away. I had fun traveling

The parking lot under the hotel is very expensive at 43 euros per day, and with the guidance of the hotel staff, I parked on the street behind the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I made a reservation to receive breakfast, but they said it was breakfast in the M-Lounge, so I was charged a separate breakfast fee, so I requested correction for this, and it was the hotel's fault for failing to notify me in advance.

Staff were helpful and kind. The view was nice. The breakfast buffet was good in terms of variety and quality. The gentleman who prepared fried eggs was fun.

Worst: This hotel has no parking! (How is that even allowed?!) there is a public parking close to the hotel, but that’s very expensive. (4.5 euro per hour!!) Also, the hotel is not close to the city center (old town). There is little to no restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

This was the best ever weekendtrip thanks to the super friendly and extraordinary helpful Marriot team. Big, big compliments to all of them. We just had a regular room with a little flower arrangement, for my fiance, and parking booked and were treated like king and queen. Parking right in front of the hotel, bell boys helpful with parking and baggage, early check in, that we asked for on arrival, at 13:00 instead of 16:00. On top of that they gave us a treat in the M lounge....free coffee, tea and goodies for the waiting time till the room was ready. Room clean and tidy! Breakfast was excellent. So was the waitress and the gentleman that checked the roomnumbers. Always friendly and fulfilling our wishes before we mentioned them. We were really sorry that we had to leave after one night.

Good quality room, confortabile, clean. Good dining.

Much too expensive for the usual confort, offered. Bad connection to internet. The person on the front desk (that I called to solve a problem) hug up without warning, without waiting for my reaction / action to solve the problem. Then it was busy. Finally, after a while, I had the connection. Persons at the front desk might improve their English proficiency.

The hotel is very clean and nice, I loved that my room was up at the 36th floor it had a great view from up high

It is at least 30 mins walk to the city centre

Marriots are great

Staff on desk were hard work to deal with and the policy of having loads of rooms available early but only accessed by paying 50 extra euros is a bad move. Breakfast was the least favourite I have had in over 20 marriot stays

The room was grand. With a nice view of Frankfurt's city skyline. Dinner at the Champions was great too, one of the better steaks I've had. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and variety. The hotel is easily accessible by tram and a short walk away to the Festhalle/Messe train station. The gym is also sufficiently equipped with free weights, machines, and yoga area. Would stay again

Service quality was great for some and so so for others - I did stay on a Xmas weekend. On the first day I arrived, I didn't realise until late at night that the shower gel was totally finished and wasn't refilled for my stay. Had to shower with the small bar soap they gave, and again the next day when I requested the soap to be filled I was given body lotion instead and making another request on the phone took too long so I had to go down to concierge again and only then was it refilled. I'd say it's a minor inconvenience that doesn't entirely take away from the whole experience which was generally a good stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect to go around the city and close to many eateries and public transport. As we were staying there to celebrate a birthday, they made it really special and the staff was really friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I loved the variety of the breakfast, the fitness center, and the onsite restaurant. I ate at the hotel several times during my stay. Filini's is excellent! The location is great as the train station is right next to the hotel. You can also walk to shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is strategically located right by a beautiful park. Great scenery!

The bathroom is small but I like the walk-in shower since I don't use tubs. I also liked the shower gel, soap and lotion products provided by the hotel.
