The room was AMAZING - spacious, modern, comfortable. It was an apartment type with stove, fridge with freezer and all the necessary if you decide to cook yourself. We didn’t cook as we had a breakfast included in the price. But the fridge was very useful for our drinks. 🤭 Bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom was also large with a double shower and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All was to perfection. And the concept of the hotel seemed very interesting. The choice of food for breakfast was great.

The bedding was weird as it seemed that it is not breathing since we were sweating in it. Also the hotel have a problem with ventilation as there were basically none, especially in the bathroom. I didn’t left the window open as wanted to have a good sleep without the city noizes, but it was hot and airless. The vegetables and fruits for breakfast seemed not very fresh. Sadly that when food finished, it finished, no one replaced the empty trays.

The employees are very welcoming and helpful, also in the breakfast room the cook Mohammed and everyone else , I don’t know the names but everyone was nice and helpful and attentive, the breakfast was excellent with everything one needs , the rooms are amazing, clean and big with everything you need , the room contains a small kitchen, it feels like home , I believe also the hotel will provide you if you need extra things , the parking is prepaid to the hotel , a nice big parking just down the hotel in the basement, your car is safe and protected, the location of the hotel in the town Center with everything you need malls and restaurants ,

There’s nothing I didn’t like , but I noticed the price of the rooms varies from day to day in a big amount which I don’t understand, of course there is a reason

Everything about the apartment was nothing else but exceptional. Right from an early check in which was facilitated by extremely hospitable staffers at the reception desk led by Evelyn till accommodating us for a late check out, our stay here was very very comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is ideal for a family of 4 and the proximity of the property to the Skyline Shopping Mall and a few great restaurants makes this property worth the money that is charged. This is the second time we have stayed in this property while visiting Frankfurt and I can't wait to stay here another time whenever we visit the city. Last but not the least, a big shout out to Evelyn and her colleagues whose warm hospitality and attention to detail and exceptional care for the guests is extraordinary. Thank you Evelyn!

Friendly helpful staff. Nice large sitting/dining room with separate bedroom. However, the lighting in the living area is really poor. There are not many lights, and they're very dim. Large bed & pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was OK, but I'm not a fan of having to climb into a bath to have a shower. Great water pressure. Breakfast was good, but on our last morning, most of the tables had not been cleared, and some food items had not been replenished with 40 minutes until it closed and people were still coming in. There's a good mall and nice cafes along the street. The city is about a 2.5 km walk.

The room was spacious for me and my kid, the location was great, the staff was friendly.

The door of the shower room could not be completely closed. The upper part of the door was close but the lower part had a big gap, so the water could go out if you shower too long. They don't really have a restaurant which is fine, but the bar was closed on the weekend when we stayed which was very inconvenient for me. I always like to have a drink at the bar of the hotels I stay, and they didn't announce it upfront. The breakfast was okay, but I expected more variety since it's not cheap. The drive way of the exit of the garage was the narrowest one I've ever driven, and I had to drive very very slow with sweat so I don't scratch my car when I left the hotel.

We booked two separate rooms next to each other and both were very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable (and huge) beds. Desk is not the best / ergonomic for work but I managed for 2.5 days. The location is next to Messe, there is a huge shopping center 5 min walk by foot, with multiple cafes, pharmacy, and a supermarket. The metro is about 10 min walk from the property, with a direct line to the old town. There is a nice sky bar close to the hotel.

The view from the room was on the service entrance of the Messe building and there was some noise from the workers in the morning who were moving huge pallets around, emptying garbage bins etc.

The rooms at Capri are very large, modern and comfortable. They contain a larger writing desk in the corner with enough plus for computers/phones etc. The room also has a small kitchenette with the necessary cutlery. This is especially helpful when one is staying longer and wants to prepare small meals. The bathroom with a shower is roomy and clean. The hotel has a mother and son team, the mother is involved in the kitchen and offered home baked fruit crumble cake for dessert at breakfast, the son is at the reception. Both are very friendly, passionate and helpful and provide a personal touch! The hotel is very close to a big shopping mall and only 15 minutes on foot to the Frankfurt main train station.

As a small suggestion for improvement: the hotel has many guests - me included - that fly out of Frankfurt. It would only be a very small investment for the hotel to buy a scale which would allow travelers to weigh their suitcases so that the weight is within the limit for aerplane travellers.

Close to venue and shopping/eating. Extremely spacious and clean. Excellent service. We got a free upgrade that was delightful and unexpected. Huge space even in the normal room booked. (We had 2 rooms and one was upgraded.) Really impressed and will keep this company in mind for future travel.

The elevator smelled clean but I didn’t care for how it smelled. Like overly floral but also something else. Just a bit strong. Also the breakfast was pretty expensive, especially given that the restaurant (Alex) on top of the mall was a bit cheaper for a LOT more food choices.

great hotel , great gym, the staff was kind and very helpful giving an extra thank to the woman who checked me in, she went the extra mile , to assist and help me to try get my preferred room, to print my paperwork

the water of the bath in my room needs to be checked there was no cold water to mix in turn one side = burn yourself , the other side of the faucet is too hot as well there is no cold side

Property was in excellent location and the room was one of the biggest and spacious rooms we had stayed in - was perfect for the night before flying back to Australia, as we were able to spread out all our suitcases and repack for the flight home. The bar downstairs made AH-MAZING cocktails and the bartender was awesome, making up one of my favourite cocktails even though not on the “offical” list! Bed was insanely comfortable and all staff were warm and welcoming, greeted with a smile everytime we talked in along with a simple “hello” or “good evening”. Unfortunately, we had a very early flight the next morning so were not able to have breakfast, but I’m sure it would have been amazing!!!

Than we didn’t get to stay longer!! Only feedback is maybe clearer instructions for washing machine?? But this is nit picking at this stage!
