Near the airport which was great as I had an early flight! Easy checkout process, clean bedroom and bathroom (that were inside the room which is convenient) and good amount of space with cabinet/ lockers.

One person attending the front desk for multiple people (like 5) at once. They need more staff. There isn’t air conditioning nor fans, so it gets hot. They had a bunk bed but they also had two small beds side by side making it like a queen bed.. Not sure why that is, they could space the two beds giving more privacy instead of having you sleep literally beside a stranger which can be weird and awkward. They could also add curtains for privacy to both beds.

Extremely friendly stuff, accessible 24/7. I didn´t know I could get an "only women" room here, but the guy at the desk offered me to live in such free of charge. And my every request from luggage storage to asking for a new towel were met with a smile. I was able to store my luggage for free, even when I checked-out, expensive stuff admins can store in the admin room. The room itself is clean, bright, shower is clean, beds are comfy. The common lobbies are really cozy and comfortable, everyone had space: from guys watching football to freelancers working at the common desk with chargers. The bar, a vending machine and a self-making coffee and tee machine are accessible 24/7. The sustainability aspect is nice, only-card payment, there is no daily room service, but you can order one in advance if you need.

The guest kitchen can be better, it´s really depressing now and doesn´t have utensils, so you should ask at the bar for a fork, for example, but you wouldn´t be able to cook. I liked the effort towards sustainability, but I would add separate waste bins for recycling, because regular ones were constantly overflowing.

The interiors are modern and spacious, and it is all fairly clean. Toilet and shower (separate) are attached to the room. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. Bed linen and towel included in price and very clean, and towel was changed every day. The location is okay, as it is connected to trains and trams that take you in the city centre in minutes.

The cleaning in the toilet and shower could be done a bit more thoroughly and the state of the shower door could be checked, as it was a bit wobbly. The power socket and light aside my bed didn’t work, so I had to use the power socket across the room to charge my staff.

The whole process of checking in was great. Luggage room had my luggage safe. Location is the best as it's right outside the S Bahn station. It was clean and quiet.

The charging socket didn't even fit a German charger which it's supposed to. I even tried an adapter but no use. There were USB ports but were broken. Somehow managed to hold it and attach the USB port but it's extremely slow. Though I've mentioned the checkin process to be great, I do feel that the staff there was understaffed. There were too many guests and just 1 person helping them all with the check in which even tested his patience, let alone mine and I don't blame him for that.

I had to share a double bed with a strange woman, that wasn't comfortable for me.

Express check in was good, because I've added my info online, but unfortunately the system is not working and I had to collect keys at the desk, but had gone up to the floor and had to come back down with all the luggage. It was very fast to check in though, and the staff was great. We've borrowed some spoons for ice-cream and asked for some hot water for our tea, and the night staff was very friendly. Room was great, very clean, beds are very comfortable.

Noise from the street, but nothing too bad to spoil our holiday.

Convenient location, 24h reception.

I asked if there were lockers and the staff member told me no. It was disappointing because it is something crucial when traveling and staying in hostels. Finally there are lockers under the beds; you just need to have your own padlock. One of the nights there was a guy with serious mental health issues in my room and it was a big hassle for all of us we shared with him. Also a lot of migrants stay there and it doesn’t have the vibe or a hostel.

I had a single room: the price is unbeatable! Not much space in the room, not the most comfy mattress, not the newest bathroom, but as a low budget solution this is decent quality for the best price. Linen and towels were clean. I didn’t have breakfast this time so can’t tell. If you come from the main train station and are OK with a 15 minute walk or to jump on one of the tram that go there, you will be fine. In my room was no good closet in case one stays longer and wants to unpack their suitcase. I recommend a single room over dorm if your budget allows.

The rooms was okay, I truly like how the housekeeping organise their job. The Wi-Fi was incredible as well as some of friendly guests I've met.

The room I booked was loaded, I couldn't sleep well at the 1st night. Some of the room mates were snoring like a broken car :-). That made me to change the room the next morning, which is I paid 11€ extra. The other thing was city tax. They supposed to write online that someone has to pay city taxes. I had to pay 6€ according to my number of nights, which I found not okay.

Easy to locate, 20 minutes on foot from train station. Quite clean, comfortable to sleep, train sounds didn't bother me, but the windows were shut and it was quite hot in the room (not sure that there was a AC). Bathrooms are quite good, with soap, paper towels, etc. Easy check in and check out.

My bed linens were small, but I was too sleepy to go to reception to change it, maybe it would be easy to fix it. There were a lot of noise from construction site at 7 am.
