Apartment was fine. Comfortable. It has a kitchenette. But no microwave. Basic essentials. Room service every 3 days although if you want any other days, all you need do is ask. The staff were great. It sits right near West End. Which is a very expensive area. Shopping mall 100m behind. Even has a food court. We used the gym every morning. And water cooler in gym that had sparkling water. We were able to fill our bottle each day.

There's always a "but" in the comments. And this is no different. The location is very handy to the central railway station. About 3 blocks maximum. Took us about 7 mins to walk there. BUT... (And this has nothing to do with the hotel itself), between the hotel and the station are lots of homeless people, drug use, drug deals, plenty of people talking and yelling to themselves, offensive odors, unine, faces and vomit on the footpaths. And the cobblestone paths are a nightmare to wheel suitcases. That said, if you turn left out of the foyer and walk down toward West End, there is an underground station. The footpath is very clean, although the same can't be said for any of the stations we visited. This is a city issue, not a hotel issue.

Very nice hotel, great location, area is calm, trams and metro are very close. The apartment is spacious, there is all necessary, even washing machine which was quite convenient. The hotel staff is very helpful, and whatever we were missing, they provided it immediately. We also received a welcome fruit surprise. We would definitely use the same hotel next time. I do recommend hotel Adina.

We found one dirty hand tower in the bathroom, but we received new one, so this was not a problem. I would suggest paying more attention to the cleanness of the floor in the room and the floor corridors, between rooms. However, everything else was more than excellent, and I do recommend hotel Adina.

Location very good for visiting Automechanica MESSE Skyline shopping Centre around the corner and Subway Station 10 mins walk Great view on the Frankfurt Skyscrapers and old buildings if you stay towards the front.

For what we booked the accommodation and what we found and received no complaints Rooms walls slightly thin , our neighbors next door had a party until 2AM and we needed to ask reception to talk to them. I would suggest a clear notice in Rooms - General Silence after 11Pm - We stayed for business and not pleasure so we needed a good rest, Suggestion to Hotel - Split the smoking and non smoking rooms half half at your hotel.- We paid top dollar for a balcony room but our neighbors next door and below, cigarette smoke blew into our room - this was not pleasant as we hate cigarette smoke. . For the rest - the property and service was Great - we will return in 2026

The location is excellent, especially for those attending the ISH exhibition. It's close to a large shopping mall with a great selection of well-known brands and restaurants, and it's also not too far from downtown.

In the afternoon, there are no staff services available, so guests need to pick up anything they need from the reception. Even if you order something for delivery, you'll have to collect it yourself. Housekeeping and room maintenance are only done every three days. Surprisingly, for a four-star hotel, basic amenities like a shaving kit, toothbrush, bathrobe, and slippers aren’t provided—things you’d typically expect at this level.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my business trip. The location is excellent—very close to Ambiente Messe, with a mall, supermarket, and pharmacy nearby, making everything extremely convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and for long-term business travelers, having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus! The only small suggestion would be to provide an English user manual for the appliances, as it took me some time to figure it out. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it for business trips!

The room was beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable

The checkout process needs to be addressed upon arrival. Due to the distance between the hotel and the airport for our flight home, we had to check out in the early hours of the morning. When we arrived at the reception, however, no one was present, and the lobby was dimly lit. We struggled to find a box or any designated area to return our room keys, and with our cab waiting for us, we ended up leaving a note and hiding the key under one of the keyboards. Fortunately, just as we were leaving, a staff member appeared, and we were able to quickly inform them of the situation and all was sorted

Amazing amazing experience. This property is so well thought through - everything in the studio room was spick and span, and damn comfortable to use. Breakfast is well worth the price, make sure to tell the reception the night before to get cheaper breakfast rate. We just loved everything about our stay at Adina - the beds , the bathroom, the little kitchenette, and all the included amenities were really well worth the price paid. Location is also great, next to mall and included pharmacy / supermarket and tonnes of nearby options for food/coffee. Very close to metro too.

Cutlery provided was somewhat minimal and could have been more elaborate but not everyone uses the kitchenette so it may not be a problem for you. If you plan on walking from Adina to Frankfurt main train station (or vice versa) be careful (esp at late hours) as we did feel a little unsafe in some spots on foot on that route)

This was an ideal home away from home, ideally situated next to the Messe centre where we were attending an event, and a large shopping centre 2 mins away which catered for all of our needs. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast had a great selection and there’s a variety of fitness equipment in the gym upstairs. The staff were super friendly and accommodating for our toddler - providing a cot, highchair at breakfast and even helping us get some milk when the supermarket was closed on Sunday. Also very easy to get around on public transportation.

I could not fault our stay

The room was very comfortable and the facilities are great. I made regular use of the gym, which is clean and well equipped.

The kitchen could have a few more plateware and silverware available to justify running the dishwasher. Perhaps it would be helpful to provide small kitchen basics to make it more functional, like salt and oil. I also had a necklace stolen from my room. This was very unpleasant as I overall had a great experience at the hotel.

We booked a studio apartment and it worked great as a hotel room. The apartment was clean. Spacious enough to spread out a bit. Well equipped if you choose to cook some basic meals. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. Water temperature was especially welcome. I often find hotel showers too cold. This was not. Bus and U-bahn stops are close and the Hauptbahnhof is a 10 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet.

Wi-fi was a bit disappointing and the common areas could have been cleaner.
