The location is excellent, a 2 minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the nearest tram stop. The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean - a nice shower gel and shampoo was supplied.

One street next to the hotel has some drug dealers etc so I would recommend for lone travellers to not walk down here at night. The immediate area around the hotel is fine. There is a short cut through the train station at the end of Platform 24 through the car park that brings you out opposite the hotel - this is great at night and very safe.

It was my second time in this hotel. The hotel is very clean throughout, and the breakfast is great. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel's location is very accessible to a major train station and also the city's business centre. The single-person rooms are very small, but when I changed to a double room, it was fantastic. Definitely, good value for money.

The wifi is patchy, but the phone reception is good, so using your phone data is easily possible. Some streets around train stations are dodgy (still safe though), but if you choose the route from the side of the train station to go to the hotel, it is nice and clean. Can't think of anything else. It was all good.

The front desk people were disorganised. In the evening of the arrival I was presented with a registration paper for a physical person. I asked for a business/juridic registration and I was told that one will be sorted out next day. I was also forced to pay the city tax. Next day I was told that the business invoice will be sorted out at my check out, not in between. At checkout time I was presented with a nominal invoice (not business invoice) and I was told he cannot change the invoice because my whole stay was registered as a personal stay and I "never asked" for a business invoice...

Breakfast was amazing so much choice for everyone. One of the best breakfasts had. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location to train station brilliant. The cleanliness was spot on clean towels every day and crisp white sheets on comfy beds. Pillows a bit soft but this was easily solved as the gentleman on reception provided us with extra when we asked. Nothing was too much trouble.

After reading reviews about the location of hotel being in a bad area, we found that there was a bad end of street at night near the main road but this could easily be avoided by crossing street opposite entrance and heading to centre that way. We felt fine coming and going back to hotel.

Cosy room with comfy beds, very good breakfast, relatively quiet and convenient location at a walking distance to the centre and Frankfurt Messe.

The area around the Central Railway Station is almost a no-go-area with a lot of drug dealers of african origin walking around in big groups, looking really dangerous at times. At night there are only policemen and suspicious subject in the whole area between Bahnhof and Europa Viertel. I definitely wouldn't call it a family-friendly area so please be very careful chosing any hotel in this area if you're a single woman, a young couple or family with kids.

Location very close to Train station on a quiet street , the room was not outstanding but was very good for the price - beds are comfortable , elevator , friendly personal and good price. Perfect choice for a stay when you need to be close to the train station. Check in process was comfortable too.

Shower is very uncomfortable - no barrier, so all the water from showering goes in front of the toilet seat… the towel on the floor gets wet as well as the floor. But this is bearable for the price of the room. Breakfast offered was way too expensive (but of course is optional ) , for 2 persons it would almost reach the price of the room itself.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of things to choose from. I liked whatever it was I ate. I don’t recall now.

People were noisy on the street up to 2:00 am in the morning. I could hear it through the window. I didn’t know how to turn the TV . The remote control didn’t turn it on. Do, instructions should be left in the room on how thing’s worked. There was only one pillow on the bed. Other than that, the room was worth the price

Hotel is located close to a main train station, very convenient. I agree with previous reviews that there's one street nearby which is not the most safe and clean, but we managed just to avoid that street and walk the other ways. So in general - convenient for us because it was close to a train station where we arrived and departed, good soundproof, nice room, comfortable bed, walkable distance to a city center. I also rated +1 point higher because the hotel allowed us to early check-in - we appreciate it (the hotel is not obliged to provide an early check-in, but if they have a free room - they will do their best to help the quests to check-in early, it's a big plus). In comparison with the prices for accommodation in other hotels - this is really good option, the room and the hotel itself was good.

Great location near the Central train station to explore the city. Nice comfortable room. Many bars and restaurants nearby.

No clear pet policy, while stating that there will be maybe a surcharge it was not stated that surcharge is mandatory and was 20€ for a very small dog, almost half the room price! They should clearly state their prices as we had other options for our pet. Usually we are charged 10 euros per night in Germany.

The Hotel is very nice. Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent, you have plenty of choices for breakfast.The Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is near the train station, where you can take the subway. Maybe the only problem was neighborhood near hotel. In the night is smarter to take taxi. But honestly I had felt safe, so I can't complain. For me this hotel was very good experience.
