The room and cleanliness of the place, close to the tram station which is right in front of the hotel.

Location wise was a bit dodgy and wifi was not working well.

The room was clean, comfortable, and it even had a little capsule coffee maker which we appreciated. It was close to the Frankfurt Messe, and not too far (couple of hundred meters' walk) from a few nice restaurants.

Initially the automated system did not provide us with the correct access PIN code, but the staff were prompt over WhatsApp and could provide us with the code quite quickly. The central heating was a bit hot for our taste, and the aircon wasn't terribly effective in cooling down the room; we had to leave the windows open for the room to cool down. The location is not the best. While it's conveniently located near the train station, we witnessed open drug use on several streets surrounding the hotel.

The location was very good - only a couple of minutes away from the main station. Unfortunately there seem to be many people struggling with drugs and/or homelessness in the area, so I'd recommend to be cautious just in case. The check-in and check-out process were easy and very convenient. It's almost impossible to find the place unless you watch the instructional video on how to get in, so definitely do that. The room was quite clean, I only found lipstick marks on a glass I was going to drink out of, but otherwise have no complaints over cleanliness. The customer service person who answered my call was very helpful and polite when I didn't find the door to the accommodations straight away.

The opening to the shower stall was quite narrow, which means that if you're a bigger person, you'll have to do some acrobatics to get in and out of it.

Location a walk away (or one tram station) from the central station (Hauptbahnhof). Amazing city skyscrapers view. I hate noise and it was not too noisy at all. Be sure to close the window. Comfortable, spacious, clean. Quite remarkable price for such accommodation (March, winter, perhaps cheaper than other times)

The entrance is a little confusing due to an earlier verification code sent. But was eventually ok. The door of the room itself would only be able to be opened for about half a second after entering the code, so need to press V and already be ready to quickly open. Kind of ridiculous, just make it two seconds. Walking from the central station might encounter some unpleasant people in the street (offering drugs..), but not too bad, just ignored and it was ok.

Getting a code remotely, not having to socialize with anyone while checking in, is a great idea when you're a tired introverted traveler :D

When we got the door code, there was a button to navigate us to the hotel on the same site, however, i think the map was set to wrong coordinates and took us to the wrong place at first. It was a bit stressful to wander around the area at night, but overall we should've checked the photos on booking of how it looks from the outside before wandering off, so that's mostly on us.

I didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments Location is awesome Exclusive digital code access was available with no human interaction. A digital video was shared to educate on the access to the apartment via email. Easy check-in & check-out

No interpersonal communication was available which was a bit strange as all communication was virtual and at time you feel a need for a small reception with an assistance atleast. Housekeeping services of room were not available

It was right in front of the tram. And it was a walkable distance from the main train station. The room has enough space and the bed is very comfortable.

Everything was OK. It's a bit creepy walking from the train station but once you arrived at the corner of the hotel is nice and secure.

The hotel is central, and finding a parking place nearby is easy. The room is comfortable. There is a good espresso machine, enough capsules, and drinking water in the room. The bed is ok, and the room temperature is good. The self check in and getting in the hotel and the room were enjoyable.

The window was not good enough for sound isolation.

The room was quite small but worth the price. The location was good and the room was clean. I thank the lady on customer care center a lot. I called her at 12am and she was very supportive.

I did not receive the room number and the pin even after doing online checkin. I had to call the customer care at 12am.

Lovely stay, really nice size and value for money, bed was comfortable and checkin process was very smooth and easy

Its location is on the outskirts of the red light district, so had me on a edge a little bit, otherwise, loved our stay
