The room was clean, nice staff except for a 40 year old woman.

A lady except for a 40 year old at the front desk with a disquisting attitude. I have never been so humiliated as i was humiliated by that lady in the last day here 24.09.2024!! (I write as a woman) I hope you work on education more. What you did show discrimination. We recommend to change attitude and the manager of this hotel must know this!

We didn't try the breakfast, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough and the bath tub was nice. Especially the bathroom was good! Enough space and good light. The room was good aswell, beds were comfortable and plus for the sofa and desk. It was also great that there was a minibar for drinks.

As expected the location wasn't great, but it didn't really bother us. The train station was close which was good, but there wasn't really any restaurants closeby. Also it would've been good to inform in advance there's a 50€ deposit when you check in, gladly I had cash with me

A great hotel if you get it for below €50 per night, an okay hotel if above that price. There's nothing bad about the hotel and there's everything you need to make the stay nice.

The area to the south of the hotel is quite bad (full of migrants and homless drug addicts) but that is basically true for anywhere in the area immediately within walking-with-luggage distance of Frankfurt Central Station so the choices are none. The best options for food are the supermarkets and shops at the train station itself, since most of the restaurants around the area are either red light stuff or low quality Muslim take away shops. A good choice for a couple of nights otherwise.

Good value for money. It’s probably the best hotel you can get in the Bahnhofsviertel. Some streets close by are a little sketchy, but the hotel is located in a nicer corner in the area. It’s a 5 minute walk from/to the train station, and there are many restaurant, bakeries, and bars just two blocks away. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The centre is a 15-20 min walk. I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area—this one is by far the cleanest. Every room has a mini bar (it’s not standard in other hotels nearby). Fresh coffee in the morning is available for purchase downstairs.

It can be a little noisy in the morning, when people check out.

The location is very close to the Frankfurt train station. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Wonderful staff.

There is some junkyard behind the hotel which caused disturbed sleep for one day.

Although the location is near the train station the surrounding areas are kinda weary specially the small house infront of the hotel. One night we saw that they were injecting something to each other in that spot. Just be careful and cautious. Salute to the staff that they are still working and keeping the hotel safe.

Almost everything is great. The price is definitely a good value, the stuff id one of the most helpful i have seen. The room is a bit tight. My windows looked at a quiet street and i would ask about it i were you. Overall impression is quite nice and even classy for that pay range

The location would be very nice, if not the red light street next by. Literally crowds of junkies and pimps around. I arrived a bit after midnight and was being afraid to walk to the hotel from the main station. Also the minibar at the room wasn't working, even the fridge absent, but i didn't care

Close to Frankfurt main train station: not the nicest neighbourhood. The lobby and other public areas are cheerful and well-decorated, but the room and the elevator, although comforable and clean, might seem a little dated. This may be taken as a positive or a negative: it lends some character to the stay, but some might expect something more... modern.

The hotel itself is simple but very nice. I got a quiet room, good value price ratio. The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming.

There are a lot of people living on the street down the hotel, more than I've ever seen. Drunk people during the day, it smells of piss, people who seem disconnected from reality, who sollicite you for sex. Make sure to go north while you leave the hotel for the typical tourist attractions.

I booked a single room for one night. Staff was exceptionally friendly and all-round amazing. Probably one of the comfiest bed and pillow ever - far exceeds the price range. Location allows for easy access to literally everything in the city (2 minutes by foot to the railway station).

The room looks worse than in the photos, but still good value for money. The area outside is sketchy and rather unpleasant with plenty of shady types, but it appears everyone is minding their own... business. I think the hotel sits at the edge of this area (didn't have time to properly look around), so you can avoid the unpleasantness with a couple of minutes of extra walking and still get to all the touristy places.
