The room was clean, nice staff except for a 40 year old woman.

A lady except for a 40 year old at the front desk with a disquisting attitude. I have never been so humiliated as i was humiliated by that lady in the last day here 24.09.2024!! (I write as a woman) I hope you work on education more. What you did show discrimination. We recommend to change attitude and the manager of this hotel must know this!

We didn't try the breakfast, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough and the bath tub was nice. Especially the bathroom was good! Enough space and good light. The room was good aswell, beds were comfortable and plus for the sofa and desk. It was also great that there was a minibar for drinks.

As expected the location wasn't great, but it didn't really bother us. The train station was close which was good, but there wasn't really any restaurants closeby. Also it would've been good to inform in advance there's a 50€ deposit when you check in, gladly I had cash with me

A great hotel if you get it for below €50 per night, an okay hotel if above that price. There's nothing bad about the hotel and there's everything you need to make the stay nice.

The area to the south of the hotel is quite bad (full of migrants and homless drug addicts) but that is basically true for anywhere in the area immediately within walking-with-luggage distance of Frankfurt Central Station so the choices are none. The best options for food are the supermarkets and shops at the train station itself, since most of the restaurants around the area are either red light stuff or low quality Muslim take away shops. A good choice for a couple of nights otherwise.

Staff at the reception was always helpful. The place was quiet so you can have a good night sleep.

A guy from the staff is used to entering your f room without asking for it first, to check if there's to clean up. He did the same thing the first couple of days. The location is unfortunate as in the street it's full of drug addicts but they don't bother you, so you don't have to worry about them.

Good value for money. It’s probably the best hotel you can get in the Bahnhofsviertel. Some streets close by are a little sketchy, but the hotel is located in a nicer corner in the area. It’s a 5 minute walk from/to the train station, and there are many restaurant, bakeries, and bars just two blocks away. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The centre is a 15-20 min walk. I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area—this one is by far the cleanest. Every room has a mini bar (it’s not standard in other hotels nearby). Fresh coffee in the morning is available for purchase downstairs.

It can be a little noisy in the morning, when people check out.

We like the staff very accomodating with our needs. The hotel is very clean and room is spacious with the price. It is also near the train station which I really like

Although the location is near the train station the surrounding areas are kinda weary specially the small house infront of the hotel. One night we saw that they were injecting something to each other in that spot. Just be careful and cautious. Salute to the staff that they are still working and keeping the hotel safe.

Transportation was useful and amazing. It’s very close to the train station, trams and buses. Also very handy if you want to travel to Berlin!

There were a lot of people doing drugs outside on the patch of grass every single time I left the hotel. It’s a drug user spot and the police don’t do anything to get rid of them. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it was very unsettling as a guest of the area.

The hotel was clean, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a good option for a short stay with easy access to the main train station. Just note that the area around the station can feel a bit unpleasant, especially in the evening, with some drunk or loud people around. Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay if you need to be near central transport."

The location is very close to the Frankfurt train station. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Wonderful staff.

There is some junkyard behind the hotel which caused disturbed sleep for one day.

Close to Frankfurt main train station: not the nicest neighbourhood. The lobby and other public areas are cheerful and well-decorated, but the room and the elevator, although comforable and clean, might seem a little dated. This may be taken as a positive or a negative: it lends some character to the stay, but some might expect something more... modern.
