Very close, easy to get to on foot from the central train station, nice breakfast, there is air conditioning in the rooms, very important in the summer in this area. It was very convenient to see the city on foot from the hotel. The room had a good water flow in the shower. I continued my trip with a trip on Flixbus, it was also a few minutes walk to the bus station from the hotel.

As in any big city, any area near a train station is not the quietest and there are nightclubs around the hotel. But it wasn't dangerous, there are police on the streets at night.

Hotel was clean, entrance smelt wonderful. Room was of decent size and great value for money all things considered. There is a shop opposite the hotel with general snacks, drinks and tobacco. General location/accessibility was great however (AND THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT) was not expecting it to be in the middle of what i assume is the Frankfurt red light district. Although I arrived at midnight as a solo female traveller nobody really bothered me however the next day when I was leaving I felt really uncomfortable walking in the area in broad daylight. I feel like majority of the hotels in that area just after the train station is the same. Dont think you can really avoid it. My experience may have been a 1 off but its better to go into it prepared knowing there will be people outside brothels just staring at you. Generally speaking the people outside these ‘inns’ may try to get your attention but give up when you dont react.

Nice building, modern interior, different types of lights in room, very good breakfast - even honey in cells available - I appreciated that a lot. There was also electric water kettle and tea bags and 3 in 1 coffee available in the room. Very good location near Central Station between airport and BookMesse but it is also "red quarter" with sex shops, casinos and motels around and people under drugs on the near street. But you can approach the hotel from another street and it is ok, nobody attacks you, police seems to keep everything under control :)

The shower doors did not close properly and the water was leaking out making the whole bathroom floor wet. No drinking water in the room - neither as a compliment from the hotel nor possible to buy from minibar. Minibar was completely empty. So, if you like to drink water - better buy it in some shop beforehand. There is a bowl of water at the reception though but for me it is not comfortable to walk in my nightgown to the reception to get a glass of water - you cannot carry it to your room, you need to come with your glass from the room to get it :)

Great location. I went for the Christmas markets and couldn't have been closer. It was also great for the train/bus station. I had read really bad reviews about the hotel but it was fine to me. It was clean and comfy, just what I like.

There were a lot of ruff heads around the streets, but they didn't bother us. you can expect this in any big city. There was a red light area too, I had my little girl with me and we didn't take any notice of this either.

I liked that it was next to the HBF Main. I was just there to break up a long travel day but the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

There was this thing over the bed on wheels. Not sure what it is for but for the room and size this is not necessary. I had to move it out of the way in order to sleep. Also, the door to the room needs to be checked because unless you force it closed it stays propped open. That isn't a dislike but good thing I noticed it. The only thing is that my cellphone has no service in the room which is fine other than that the delivery driver kept calling me regarding my food but couldn't hear me when I answered

Everything. They have a 24/7 bar and the place is super clean and the room is super nice. The place is in the red light district so you will see some junkies and weirdos and sex workers but they're all harmless. One of the nicest and best-priced hostels I've been to in 4 years of travel! Sylvio is an amazing receptionist who will make you feel right at home!

Honestly, you might get sketched out by the weirdos in this district but to me it's well worth it.

I was staying 2 nights to attend a concert, so didnt need much, just somewhere cheap, clean and comfy. The price was superb at £82 for two nights, the room and bathroom was very clean and bed comfortable. Friendly staff and good location for HBF and walking to city centre. Irish bar, O'reillys, just round the corner was very friendly and good for food and beer..... I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The area could be intimidating to some as its a bit run down, but looks can sometimes be deceiving and I had no issues.

The chief is a racist, I will advice any black person going there should not order breakfast, because the way the woman treat me because I am black nd my daughter said to me mama this woman is a racist, I feel bad that I did not even eat after paying for breakfast for my stay

The room is spacious and comfortable with a nice, small, enclosed terrace overlooking the street. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is a short walk to the trains or nearby restaurants and sights.

While it is conveniently and affordably located near the train station, the hotel is located in a seedy area teaming with junkies and brothels. Patrons need to be ok with moving through this environment before booking.

near Central Station. The room is clean with spacious bathroom. It has also refrigerator where we can store some drinks and left over foods. They also have iron for your clothes. The room lightings are great.

It's a busy street with too many drunkards and what you may not know. Loud at night because the next street is something like a red district. Once you close the window, it's all silent again. 👍🏻
