Friendly staffs, a clean and comfy room. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. Could walk to the several tour spots. It was definitely convenient but rather not go out at nights.

nice staff good hotel clean rooms, security is very good there. despite the whole area is so shady, the street where the hotel is, is still fine but one block down it's the junkie street. of course we didnt know that and got a bit scared at night.

the hotel was great the staff was super nice, i just hated the area! so creepy at night and so many junkies... im sorry, it is not the hotel but be careful when you book in this area in general

The check-in and check-out were smooth, efficient and fast (just what guests like) and helped by completing the online pre-checkin information. I was allocated a newly renovated room and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, felt welcoming and had a wonderful bathroom that lacked the usual care products as you have to ask for these at reception if want/need something (like a shower cap). The bed is soft and there’s an excellent array of pillows to choose from. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Frankfurt Hbf which is fabulous if you have an early morning train to catch (or arrive late).

The area outside the hotel isn’t very nice but this isn’t the fault of the hotel, it’s related to being so close to Frankfurt’s central train station. So this is the same for any hotel in this area.

The location was amazing, and the rooms were so comfy and clean.

The front desk and the card in our room said the rooms weren’t cleaned everyday, but every day at 8a the cleaning lady would bang on the door and wake us up, and then keep knocking until we left the room. I was a little perturbed because I wasn’t expecting to have to leave our room so early every day on vacation

The staff was very kind and did whatever they could to make our stay a pleasant one. A big thank you to the cleaning staff that spotlessly cleaned the rooms. The hotel had parking underground and this was perfect as we were travelling with a lot of luggage. It is also situated on the street coming down from the train station and this made it easy to go to the center and eat out. It also has a grocery store just at the entrance. The train station in a 3 minute walk away.

The standard rooms are in desperate need of a full renovation. They are in a pretty derelict state. They are however very comfortable, clean and the amenities are high quality.

The location is just a short walk to the Frankfurt Main train station. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small but clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The washroom is modern and roomy. They could put an extra hook or towel bar to make it perfect. They have a nice gym even though we didn't have time to use it. I would definitely stay there again!

The superior suite was perfect for myself, my husband and my 16 year old daughter as she had her own double bedroom to herself.

The location is not wonderful, there was a lot of drug taking around the train station and groups of people hanging around under the influence of drugs. Housekeeping came at 8:30am in the morning to clean the room, and came back again at 10, even on the morning that we were checking out. The Do Not Disturb button did not work.

I loved the location and the hotel was very safe and clean.

The bed was two small beds pushed together which I was really disappointed with. I think that is somewhat standard in Germany, but that was not clear from the website. I was reuniting with my partner and it felt like we were in separate beds.

Hotel was spotless, room was a decent size with a desk and office chair if you needed to work as well as an arm chair. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great hotel at a reasonable price. It is near the train station, so great on first and last day as they will keep your case for you. Only downside is that the closeness to a train station often means there are lots of people milling around. Very close to red light area. But I did not find it too intimidating even as a solo traveler.
