I liked the cleanness in the room and the size of the room. The room was kind of big and I felt a lot of comfort, because of how much space I had. I liked it, that there were stairs in the room next to the window. Also I liked the mirrors, they were clean and that the soup was full. Everything what needed to be prepared in a hotel room was prepared. I knew, the hotel didn't have many stars, so I didn't expected much. When I was there, I was happy, because it was much better than expected.

I didn't like, that the toilet room did stink. There was no number on my key, so I needed to remember the room number. I think that this was an exception. Also the area where the hotel is, is not an area in which I would usually felt confortable. I would recommend to be careful in this area, especially if you travel alone.

It was nice to stay there. near to the city center and was lucky to find the parking in front of the hotel, of course it was paid at the Parking machine. But good part was from 6 PM until Morning 8 AM the parking was FREE

The property is situated in the centre of city 7 minutes walk from Frankfurt mean trim station,the checking was great and efficient,the room was so clean and was very comfortable to sleep in.

The rooms were very pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Despite reserving a room with a shared bathroom, I ended up getting a bathroom to myself due to lower numbers of bookings during my stay. Obviously this was not expected, and I appreciate that the hotel staff take care to space out customers when possible to provide everyone the best stay they can.

The stairways are a little narrow, so it was somewhat difficult to bring my luggage upstairs. The traffic on the street was a bit loud as well, but the rooms are well sound isolated so closing the window fully shut out the outside sound. Therefore, neither of these items provided any major issue, and were outweighed by the otherwise very pleasant stay.

There are wasn’t really any breakfast, but the room was private and there was enough space in the room

I think the facilities were a little lacking and there should have been all of the promised facilities I.e a kettle in the room as advertised. It felt like a strange place with the reception being in the middle of the hallway

It was amazing and nice. They have a friendly and patient workers. I would come here again again For the first visit in Frankfurt this hotel was really really good

The location was nice. It was clse to the railway station all required facilities were nearby.. The staff was nice.

There is no lift in the hotel. The kids bed was not comfortable. A lot of noise from outside the hotel could be heard and the windows could not be closed properly.

Overall a good experience for the money I spent. Very nicely managed. Location is great, right close to the city center.

Bathroom lights were very dim.

The staff gave me the nearest floor since there was no elevator and upgraded me to a private room with private bathroom! He even let me borrow his charger! Awesome 👍

A little hint of cigarette smoke in the room although it could easily come from the outside.
