For our interrailing trip around Europe, this hotel was perfectly situated, 5 minutes from the station. It is 10 minutes from the river and 25 minutes from the old town, with restaurants of all cuisines very close by. Despite being a bustling area during the day, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were lovely and I was given a kettle, free of charge, on request. Our room was ready half an hour before official check-in time. It was spacious, with a fridge, TV (with UK BBC 1 and 2) and a safe. It was a little dim inside, with a fire escape outside, but had 2 windows which opened (bathroom /bedroom) for fresh air. The beds were comfortable though the large, soft pillows are an acquired taste. Shower temperature and pressure was good. Everything was very clean.

I prefer a kettle in the room but was given one on request. The hotel is close to the red light district but the small area is easily avoidable.

The location is both a pro and a con, as the area near the railway station doesn’t feel safe at all to walk there in the evening (at least, for me as a woman). There were lot of noises from the street, but I didn’t close the window, it probably could’ve helped. You can see that the rooms are not new, for example, the carpet looks used, but that didn’t bother me at all. Also just a small suggestion — it would’ve been nice if there were toothbrushes in the rooms.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, there was a small fridge in the room and very close to the Frankfurt train station. Breakfast was very good, there is a charge.

The area was sketchy with people doing drugs and loitering on the street at all hours, the young man at the front desk warned us not to use an atm and to be cautious at night. Two blocks away the area was much nicer, but for two nights it was fine and the proximity to the train station was great. The bathroom wall is shaded glass so turning the light on in the middle of the night lights up the room when the other person is sleeping. .

I feel safe as a solo female traveler. This area is a difficult one but the hotel reception is open 24/7 and the reception (they have a super friendly staff!) locks the door at night and only the hotel guests can come in and get out. I was also amazed by how quiet is the hotel at night! The room was clean, comfortable and the AC was a blessing! And the hotel is only a few steps away from the train station!

Room is small but its ok , LOCATION is very very good & enjoyable Breakfask is OK , but very boring because of same items daily , NO ANY CHANGE IN BREAKFAST Location wise very good & excellant, but we need to be very safe because a lot of safety problem in this location. Over all for me its very good experience & good chance of exploring.

The hotel is really close to main railway and bus station, about 2 minutes (trains) and 5 minutes (buses) from. Same about Museumufer - it’s about 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Nearby there’s U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram stops. The room for single person was comfortable and clean, I don’t feel insecure. There’s an elevator in the building so you don’t need to worry about carrying your luggage using stairs. Also check in and check out were easy and not problematic.

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped, with not much to complain about. The bed was comfortable, there was good Wi-Fi, a tasty breakfast, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, financial district, and city center. This hotel is like the piece of oasis in this district.

This district, Bahnhofsviertel, is a sketchy area during the night. On the other hand, it needs to be said that this particular street, where the hotel is located, is not the worst and is just a few minutes on foot to the river area or the business district, which are safe. During the day, this street is calm with some good restaurants.

it is comfortable for one night staying. the room was clean and the staffs were friendly and caring. if you are not traveling with family, I strongly recommended it because it is just few meter away from main station.

I have read in many comments about room size. I totally agree that the room size is not as shown on the photos and king size room is not really king size. I am constantly traveling and I can easily understand this difference. however, I believe the owner can not do anything about it because the hotel has already been built :DDD. breakfast can be improved.

I liked the receptionist a Russian guy very very nice also had my bad experiences there I was expecting something bad gain but he saved my evening and in the morning there was a beautiful black haired lady also very polite who gave me my invoice

There was in fact nothing to dislike because the property itself is great you can open the windows and let fresh air come in what else could one wish for

Great place to stay near the centre of town & river & east walking distance to the train station. Good breakfast & nice size room. Great shower & the staff were lovely & friendly

The area in which the hotel sits is not in the best of areas, especially on a Saturday! However, if you can see past that then this is a great place to position yourself to see the city.
