The staff was very nice and especially helpful was Mr Tim. Luckily we got a place to park our car inside garage. And good that door for the entrance was closed so we felt safe, because the neighbourhood was awful. Quite good breakfast with big coffee is also big advantage. I was nicely surprised that they were changing our towels everyday.

I was sure that a kettle would be in the room and it was a big disappointment. Luckily there was a simple coffee machine so it was possible to prepare tee somehow but it was quite difficult and last for ages. A kettle would be much better, much more useful. Definitely it would be smaller stress if they had allowed to book parking place. I completely don't understand why they have no possibility to do that. Even if all places are already booked, information about it would be better than uncertainty. The stress connected with uncertainty whether there would be a parking place for us, was very unpleasant.

Located next to the station. Comfortable, spacious staff. Every front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Great Breakfast. I felt safe and secure during the stay; and the rooms were very quiet with soundproofing of the city streets below.

I have read the reviews regarding the homelessness and addicts near the location which is par for the course of being near the station. We were never approached and the hotel has taken obvious security steps with the key lock entries and I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable during our stay. We even did a window check upstairs and the soundproofing from open to closed was remarkable with block-out of noise. Could have used an extra pillow or two for the beds. Thank you for the stay!

The room was super value for money, just right opposite the main station! The receptionist (a lady) was really friendly and attentive. Room was bigger than expected, comfortable, clean. Slightly cold at night (visited end May) but blankets were sufficient to keep us warm. Kettle could be borrowed from the reception.

Would be good if there's a fridge in the room. Also, the location though central, felt a little unsafe especially over the weekend due to the sheer number of people around even till late at night. Best to travel around with a partner. We could also hear some (muted) clubbing sounds till late at night (past 1am)

Very good location, near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. It looked like a noisy street but it was quiet during the night. It looks quite simple, small and basic from the outside but our room was great - clean and spacious. Great value for money. Roma, the receptionist, was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. Breakfast was satisfactory. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and we had a good pleasant walk from the hotel to the old city center and the river. Will definitely stay with them again next time we are in Frankfurt. Check out was fast too.

The hotel is located just a five-minute walk from Frankfurt’s main train station, which is incredibly convenient for certain situations. For example, in my case, I had to catch an early train to another city in the morning, and since we arrived late in the evening, it was great that the hotel was so close to the station. We didn’t have to spend time looking for it. Inside the hotel, everything was wonderful – spotlessly clean, with friendly staff, and very comfortable rooms. These aspects made our stay very enjoyable.

The only nuance – and this is not the hotel's fault – is the area around Frankfurt’s main train station. Unfortunately, there are a lot of troubled individuals, such as drug addicts, alcoholics, and occasional police interventions. If you’re visiting Frankfurt to enjoy the city itself, I’d recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center. That said, this hotel is still a great option, as it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Old Town, making it a convenient choice for many travelers.

Room was really spacious, as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff (both ladies that greeted us in the morning and night at the reception) was super nice. The hotel is very close to the city's main train station and also a good/doable walking distance from the main tourist stops. A lot of restaurants and markets nearby, within walking distance.

Every time we had to use the shower we had to put extra towels on the floor because water was escaping beneath the shower door. Other than that, the room we stayed in was fine. We didn't like the neighborhood very much. Specially at night. It was super close to the main train station in Frankfurt though, so if this is something important to you during your trip, the hotel location is helpful.

We booked this hotel last minute at a reasonable price, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station. At the reception we were warmly welcomed by a lovely and very friendly staff member, Sonya. The room was clean and had a balcony facing the courtyard. Although there was some street noise (Saturday evening), it was still comfortable with earplugs. The bed was excellent, and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Would definitely recommend!

1. Location is good. Stayed 2 nights the week before. Stayed again as we liked how convenient it is to Frankfurt Hbf, tram, S & U bahn, buses despite it being at the edge of the red light district, homeless, drug addicts & dirty street. Thought about choosing other properties a few times with consideration to the cost, of course but would not have stayed if I had small children with me. 2. Amenities clean & working well except for the AC for my first stay. Second time round, it was working okay. 3. I was lucky to get a room away from the main road. It might have been noisy otherwise.

1. Bathroom floor gets wet after shower. Floor mat gets wet & then cold to the feet. After reading reviews, I brought bathroom sandals but not everyone will comply with your plans... haha... In the end, I use my sandals & the floor mat is used near the sink, damp & cold. 2. Feeling insecure walking from Hbf exit to hotel. Thankful for police patrols at certain timings especially at night. 3. Read complimentary drinking water(1bottle) is only one time upon check-in. Since there is no water kettle in the room, tried asking for more, the following day but it was strictly only 1 bottle. So, we did buy water & take water from outside the breakfast area before we set out daily but not sure what type of water is used here.

The hotel is just a walk away from the central bus station and the 'Hauptbahnhof' main station and literally less than 20 mins by train to the airport The hotel is located on a busy road,I was concerned there'll be noise. The movement I entered the bedroom, it was peaceful, cool, and quiet. ( my bedroom was on 1st floor facing the street) The room was spotlessly clean the reception staff both at check-in and checkout were very friendly. The breakfast choice was very varied and really satisfying. ( No matter how fussy, you will get something good to eat) The kitchen staff were polite, friendly, and faultless. I will definitely book this hotel again if I ever return to Frankfurt.

They have no fridge in the rooms. A lot of money was paid for water ('cold' 500mls costing from €2 to €3, ( might make no difference in winter, but in early September, it does) There's no 'proper' lounge to really wait.

I had never used a hotel of this chain and was pleasantly surprised! For a budget hotel I think they did well. The hotel in a very short distance from Frankfurt main train station and main bus stops. The area is very vibrant- so lots of life, lots of shops but also lots of homeless people and lots of people openly smoking cannabis. The hotel itself is perfectly fine and all staff where lovely! We had a triple room - it was two large single beds pushed together and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a bit hard, but the property beds were very comfortable. There was only one pillow each- made of foam chips which I found fine but my mother hated deeply. Bathroom was fine- decent shower pressure. I called the street the hotel was on Middle East district. There were a lot of delicious kebab restaurants and lots of mini marts. We had pizza from Main Donner and it was very good! Within easy walking distance we also found a grocery store called Tegu. Also within easy walking distance is the river Main, the historic old city, and Sky Plaza.

You only got one bottle of drinking water in the room at the stat of the stay. There was an espresso machine with 4 pods, these were refilled daily. But not the water. There were only two cups and two glasses in the room even though we were clearly in three. There is no kettle or mini fridge. The mini safe in the room didn't work properly- the buttons kept jamming. The TV was only on German with a suprise handful of Arabic channels and a Spanish channel. Nothing in English. The room was massive a bit tired but linen and towels were all clean.
