The staff is helpful and welcoming and accommodated our early check-in. The room was very comfortable and having a balcony is a plus. Also well laid out. The shower is great and a good size. It's in a good location, within walking distance of the main shops and you can even walk into Frankfurt main if you wish. The bus stops are right outside and the train station is about a 20 min walk or a bus ride.

There were no phones in the room, so cannot get a hold of reception unless you go down. Reception staff did say it was being rectified when we mentioned it and that it was an oversight from when the refurb was done. Our room was part cleaned the whole time we were there. It seemed the cleaner would literally leave the cleaning half done. We reported this to reception and they resolved the matter and were sincerely apologetic. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and it won't put me of the Leonardo hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel. The ambience was clean, calm, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing trip. The hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the interiors. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special thanks to Mr. Aswin at the reception who was exceptionally helpful and kind. His support made the stay even better. I’ll definitely be choosing this place again for my future travels to Germany!

The hotel was beautiful, with great facilities and very comfortable rooms. The view from our balcony was great too. It is dog friendly which is a big bonus as we’ve been traveling with 2 dogs. Breakfast had plenty of options and there is on-site parking which is really secure. But the best thing about our stay was the staff. We had a car issue and the staff was so helpful trying to find help for us and translating to German. One of the best stays and help we’ve had and we will definitely save the hotel for next time.

Good breakfast selection. Comfy bed, Room is oddly shaped but spacious enough. Hotel is very close to bus stations to/from city centre. Coffee maker in room.

When I asked to print a page the receptionist told me to send an email and wait. I waited long so I approached the receptionist again and he told me the printer doesn't support JPG files which is nonsense. He could have told me not to wait any more if he can't print, it was a waste of my time. Later I've asked another receptionist who printed the same file.

The best experience ever! The staff is very friendly and responsible. We had a problem with the shower and the problem was solved super fast, by getting another room, because it was late and it was impossible to get the shower fixed at that time. The rooms look really nice and clean. Each room has a coffee machine, a small fridge, a safe and a closet. The bed was super comfortable. The city view was unbelievable.

The air conditioner wasn't working. You cannot contact the reception by calling them, because there is no phone in the room. I've ordered some stuff through the order service on the tablet they provide, but haven't received my order. I waited some hours, but in the end I went downstairs and I got my stuff.

Lovely staff, Ashwin and Pascal and Jola and others looked after us. We could store bikes there securely. Clean. Great fitness. Quiet area, near to supermarkets. Nice rooms. Fridge in room.

The breakfast price seems steep at $18 per person. The location is a little ways out of the centre, which is good in ways too but means you have to take transit or long walk to centre.

Newly renovated rooms. Nice view. Excellent staff service. Actually they made it worthwhile. I needed a heater because it was too cold for me so they gave me a heater. And hot water kettle. And the staff behavior was warm and polite. Raj Ka…. I am forgotting his last name was really good. If I stay again its for the nice room and nice service of the staff

Location is nice but too quiet but the greenery is nice. One of the days they didn’t make the bed even though I said service my room. Don’t understand why

accommodation was perfect everything was excellent Mr Taha at reception up graded us to a superior room in addition Mrs Jasmine from management met us and took care from everything we need she was really very helpful we really enjoyed the week we spent there also breakfast was very good we want to give Mrs Jasmine special thanks who was keen to meet us before we leave the hotel

After renovation it look even better. Rooms are big and we get a panoramic view. Special appreciation to Sharafe, Kanver and Ashwin since they mode our stay more comfortable. There are 2 important points. 1) NO iron board and iron box in the room like before. We should go to 22nd floor for self pressing. Totally uncomfortable. 2) NO phone in the room. Even for small things we should go to reception. In case of emergency, what we can do? Except these issues hotel satisfy in every point and it is value for money

Excellent value for money. We also got a free upgrade at check in. 😀 The room was absolutely outstanding! Looks like a slightly old and outdated hotel when you arrive, but it is superbly refurbished inside. Very stylish, spacious, comfortable, clean and homely. Absolutely excellent! Great charging points everywhere in the room. Location is not that impressive, but it is close to the motorway. A convenient stop in Frankfurt when travelling through Germany.
