It was a good room for long stay. We had dining table, desk and one more table - excellent if you had to work. Kitchen had enough dishes, tableware and cups. Also hotel gives to us few teapacks and small jar with coffee beans, in the fridge we found chocolate bar and beer. Also we had free watercooler in our floor. Room had climate control system. That is important because I didn't see air conditioner in the photos. It the hotel building we found supermarket. Other big supermarkets in 15-20 minutes by walking.

Internet wasn't good. Sometimes it drop connection.

Very interesting, modern concept of everything, starting from reception and room to breakfast lounge. We enjoyed that a lot. Breakfast itself was also great.

Don't get fooled by the pictures of balcony and terrace. Half the rooms have windows and balconies that face the wall. That was really disappointing and should be noted in description.

Everything was very clean and new. Beds were very comfortable. Close enough to the downtown area to walk in about 20 minutes.

There is frosted glass in the shower that shows through to the living area. Every time the bright bathroom lights are turned on it floods the living area with light. There should be a way to cover that or at least a night light in the bathroom so you don't have to turn on the main lights to use the bathroom during the night. A small night light would be helpful in the main hallway at night as well as that is very long and dark and you have to turn on a light to see where you are walking to get to the bathroom which disturbs anyone sleeping.

Nicely designed French room with comfortable bed. Screened off from the outside world, so no noise from outside or from the corridor. Nice lobby with books and LP covers. Delicious choice of breakfast food.

The ventilators in the bathroom ceilings remain on permanently and it's a lottery whether you get a noisy one or not. Fortunately my room had a fairly quiet one. The bathroom doors are not soundproofed. The room got quite cold at times and there seemed to be no way to warm it up via the air conditioning. The receptionist told me there might be a heater in the cupboard, but there wasn't. In the end I had to wedge the door open and hope that some of the warmth from the corridor would percolate into the room. Breakfast is nice, but the layout is counter-intuitive and a bit fiddly with all the different cupboards. The water in the tap for tea was lukewarm and not hot enough for the tea to infuse.

From the moment I checked in, the entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. No Gym.

The parking is straightforward, paying the fee is possible on the parking level by cash or with card. There's no usual front desk, you can check in yourself at a tablet (there's always someone in the lobby, who will help if needed), then you have to pay the fee in advance and you get a card (only 1 unfortunately) to your room. The room was very nice. Also, there is a grocery in the building of the hotel. We stayed 1 night because of a concert in "Deutsche Bank Park", it was easy to get there. 12 min walking and we took a bus, which stopped directly in front of the Stadium. Free water/beer/chocolate in the minibar. Check out is super easy, you just have to drop your card in a box which is available in the lobby and also on the parking level.

There were 2 "silberfischchen" in the living room, I had to terminate them as it would have been an unpleasant experience waking up with one of them in my nose/ear. The hair dryer (which was put in a bag) was kinda dirty in the bathroom. By breakfast I somewhat missed the staff, usually I just ask them to make some fried egg for me, here it's rather "do it yourself", there is everything but you have to make them. However, scrambled eggs were available and refilled often, but I missed this "option". You could even do pancake for yourself, there was a pancake maker machine.

The hotel was very clean and very close to Frankfurt city centre via bus.. The transport links are excellent. Staff were very helpful at all times. I have to give a special mention to two staff members in particular. LENA and SHAM or as we called her BABYSHAM. these two girls were so nice and helpful. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights for our son's 21st birthday and the girls went above and beyond to make a fuss over him including giving a little birthday cake at breakfast and singing happy birthday. If hotel management are reading this review please tell the girls that they made very positive memories for the Irish group at the hotel and we really appreciate their kindness. We will certainly recommend your hotel as a place to stay in Frankfurt and LENA and BABYSHAM are a huge part of the reason why.

There was nothing I did not like at the hotel...if I had to pick something I would like to have had more choice of cereals at breakfast time... Maybe cornflakes,weetabix etc ... But that's all.

the apartment was clean. Nice layout. Can't comment on breakfast, as I did not take up on the offer. Would like to book the apartment again; planning to visit again in August. Liked that it had a balcony!

The facilities at the hotel were varied and excellent. I like the slightly quirky set up in the lounge area with comfortable sofas, books, records, self help drinks bar, I had a double apartment room with a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom and balcony. The room were very clean and well facilitated with drink replenishment every day. The beds were very comfortable and there were x2 large LCD TVs. Good selection of food for the continental breakfast comprising of cold meats, cheese, fresh juices, bread rolls, jams, espresso machine etc.

Nothing. However, it would have been nice to have a few English speaking tv channels rather than just the news.

The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to try the breakfast. The supermarket tegut is right next to / adjacent to the hotel which is absolutely great. The neighbourhood is quiet and very nice.

No complaints.
