The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff we met at the reception and breakfast room are all friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast finished at 10am but as we have a baby with us we came down close to 10am everyday and they let us have breakfast in peace and didn't rush us out. I'm really impressed The location is great close to train station and about 15minutes walk to Romerberg

Stay on level 6 quite noisy if open the window even at night time as the building is close to the main road. We sleep okay though

Big room with a separate sofa area and dining table. The kitchen is supplied with all necessary utensils. There is a super market across the street so it was convenient to buy daily necessities. The staff gets an A+ in all areas. They helped us call taxis, activate the laundry washer and dryer and just the most helpful all around. We cannot ask for more. The location is only 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre of old town. The train station is also nearby. Perfect stay.

This hotel was the ideal base for our stay in Frankfurt. The location couldn’t be better—set right along a scenic cycle path that’s perfect for both walking and biking adventures. It’s just a short stroll to the charming old town, with its historic buildings and lively squares, and conveniently close to bus tour pick-up points and river cruise departures. The staff were always genuinely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. A pleasant surprise was Longobardi’s, a fantastic Italian/Mediterranean restaurant located right next to the hotel. It made dining out effortless and delicious after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Frankfurt with ease and comfort.

The hotel is actually offering small apartments. They are super clean and cozy. Quiet even if on the street. We had a nice view of the city and the river. The breakfast at the hotel was ok, a little bit overpriced.

I booked a room for 4 as we travel with kids. We checked in at around 1 pm as the room was ready. The second bed was a sofa and the ladies at the reception told us that the concierge would have taken care of this while we were having a walk downtown. We came back at 9 pm and discovered that the bed was not ready! The receptionist was not able to help in finding bed sheets etc but at least was able to give us another double room. Super tiring experience.

We had such a good experience that. The size of the room, the view, the way that they thought about every detail like the bathtub for the baby, was really nice. I highly recommend this flat.

Front desk should have told us where to find instructions about the heating and cooling system. We finally found a card with instructions but it was not easy to follow. No phone in the room to call the front desk. We were on 9th floor and couldn't get the elevator to come up to leave. Husband had to go down 9 flights of stairs to the front desk to have them figure out how to get the elevator to the 9th floor. Frustrating. Staff wasn't much help finding points of interest or dining.

This accommodation is amazing - so spacious, gorgeous view, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Seriously cannot fault it at all. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the main shopping district, and about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The riverwalk and view alone are fab. TV had Netflix and kitchen had all necessary utensils. Shower was powerful. Would definitely stay here again!

Very minor issue - saw a silverfish upon checking in but lady on desk was apologetic and got rid of it for me. I saw no more throughout my stay, so think it must have got in through the balcony as opposed to being an infestation which I thought first. It was an unfortunate experience at the beginning, but then didn’t impact my stay going forward in any major way.

We booked 2 rooms for a group of 6. The place is very clean. Kitchen facilities very well equipped. Location very good in a very clean neighbourhood. The river nearby is a great view and very near tourist attractions. The small cafe within offers a decent and cosy breakfast. The sound proof window is awesome as although we are next to a street, it is literally sound proof. There is a convenience store nearby. We also love the super friendly staff and the speed of reply.

The bed is small. In our room of 3 - they opened up a sofa bed for 2 and the proper bed is like super single bed. The pillows could have been better. Have never slept in such a flimsy cotton passed of as pillows. My children's room in another floor smell of cigarettes. And later some smoke smell.. we had to use our own air purifier to clear the smell.

First of all the room is VERY spacious. There is a balcony. You can actually open the windows. The Wi-Fi is perfect. The shower is exceptional. The bed is comfortable. Sockets are well located. The towels are large and made of good cotton. There is a well furnished kitchenette. For me, however, the most 'revealing' (of its quality) feature was the fact that the parquet is made of actual wood, real wood, not laminated.

There were a couple of minor things, but the place is so good that I don't even want to mention them
