Good location, the tram was right out side the door, and the breakfast was excellent, with very nice staff. The room was clean.

The room was small. I picked this hotel because I had a parking lot on location, but when we arrived it was under construction, had to park our car in another location. That was not mentioned before we reserved, without the possibility of cancelation

The hotel's location is close to the train station, making it really easy to get to from the airport. It is also within walking distance to the city area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check in and check out was really smooth. The room was clean, the water pressure was good. My room was facing the road so you could hear the noise from outside. The room was not big, but provided all the basic things you would need for sleeping (you should be out exploring the city!). The breakfast was good - with a spread of cheeses and dairies, coffee machine, and you can even make a fresh juice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would recommend to friends (if they are not looking for a staycation). Definitely good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel from October 18 to 21, and we were absolutely delighted. When booking, we requested a room on a higher floor, and upon arrival, we were given a fantastic room on the 7th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and always helped with any questions we had. The location of the hotel is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. Although the hotel is rated as 3 stars, it surpassed many 4-star hotels that our friends have stayed in. A huge thank you to the entire team for your genuine hospitality and kindness towards your guests!

Great location, 7-10 minute walk into the old city, tram stop directly outside the entry, many amenities within 100m. 5 minutes on the S/U-bahn from Frankfurt Hbf. The room was very clean and spacious along with the bathroom; water pressure was excellent.

No in room amenities (mini fridge, kettle/coffee machine). Air conditioning was not as strong as I’d hope although it worked, just had to set it colder than you wish.

Felt a little unsafe in the neighborhood...a man approached me 2 different times, aggressively. I was with my husband both times. Otherwise, our room was lovely, good bed, nice bathroom, delicious breakfast. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, kind. The A/C didn't work really good. All the other renovations made the room very very nice. GOOD JOB!

Firstly the friendly Jim at the reception. I came way earlier than check in time but Jim ensured that I had a smooth check in. He spoke English and always answered all my questions very efficiently. Thank you Jim!!! The Location was super excellent for me, everything was in walking distance, the tram is right outside the hotel and the metro is in walking distance. For the price point I have no complaints at all.

The shower not exactly being separated from the room, only the toilet. I was with my friend and we did reach a level of intimacy in which we really don’t care that much but if I were with a co-worker or a simple acquaintance I don’t think I would’ve liked it very much

It was clean, comfortable, modern, the staff was nice and talkative, they lended us some cutleries for us to eat in the room when we asked for them, etc .

The noise, the tram is just downstairs, and during summer it's impossible to sleep with the windows closed, but with them open, it's really noisy.

The location was great . Very close to the S-Bahn , tram stops and easy to walk to the Old town and main shopping strip. Easy to use the S-Bahn to get to the main train station (4 stops) and airport (8 stops) Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious , modern , clean and comfortable. Some floors have recently had all rooms renovated. The hotel provided clear instructions on how to reach them by email. Complimentary water and coffee/tea at reception were nice to have. The hotel also offers guests the option not to have their rooms cleaned and towels/linen changed each day, which is good for the environment.

Inexpensive, good breakfast, comfy bed, good location

They have issues of beaurocracy re maintenance. A 5€ strip of shower seal missing in room 716 meant leak caused floor damage to laminate floor, but staff powerless to do it themselves, as not allowed.
