Good location, the tram was right out side the door, and the breakfast was excellent, with very nice staff. The room was clean.

The room was small. I picked this hotel because I had a parking lot on location, but when we arrived it was under construction, had to park our car in another location. That was not mentioned before we reserved, without the possibility of cancelation

The hotel's location is close to the train station, making it really easy to get to from the airport. It is also within walking distance to the city area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the check in and check out was really smooth. The room was clean, the water pressure was good. My room was facing the road so you could hear the noise from outside. The room was not big, but provided all the basic things you would need for sleeping (you should be out exploring the city!). The breakfast was good - with a spread of cheeses and dairies, coffee machine, and you can even make a fresh juice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would recommend to friends (if they are not looking for a staycation). Definitely good value for money.

We stayed at the hotel from October 18 to 21, and we were absolutely delighted. When booking, we requested a room on a higher floor, and upon arrival, we were given a fantastic room on the 7th floor with a balcony. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and always helped with any questions we had. The location of the hotel is excellent, with all major attractions within walking distance. Although the hotel is rated as 3 stars, it surpassed many 4-star hotels that our friends have stayed in. A huge thank you to the entire team for your genuine hospitality and kindness towards your guests!

Firstly the friendly Jim at the reception. I came way earlier than check in time but Jim ensured that I had a smooth check in. He spoke English and always answered all my questions very efficiently. Thank you Jim!!! The Location was super excellent for me, everything was in walking distance, the tram is right outside the hotel and the metro is in walking distance. For the price point I have no complaints at all.

The location was great . Very close to the S-Bahn , tram stops and easy to walk to the Old town and main shopping strip. Easy to use the S-Bahn to get to the main train station (4 stops) and airport (8 stops) Breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious , modern , clean and comfortable. Some floors have recently had all rooms renovated. The hotel provided clear instructions on how to reach them by email. Complimentary water and coffee/tea at reception were nice to have. The hotel also offers guests the option not to have their rooms cleaned and towels/linen changed each day, which is good for the environment.

Very good location. The area is well connected with public transport. We got a room at the top floor which was nice since only those have a balcony and a really good view. Staff was super nice (shout out to Mohammed and Khaled for making us feel at home) and to top it all had gluten-free bread available for gluten intolerant people!

Door to the room was quite difficult to open and there was no stopper, which was a problem while getting our luggage in or out of the room. The bathroom is open and has no doors, so those who have privacy concerns might have a problem. The water spills out of the shower area too making outside floor wet.

This hotel is good value for money in the heart of Frankfurt. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort and helped with luggage storage and earlier check-in. Our initial room had a problem with the aircon, and they helped us to find a room with working aircon. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed. The highlight was the breakfast, with many options to choose from and the best coffee we had in Frankfurt!

While we indicated on Booking.com that our booking included our 4-year-old toddler, we had to pay extra for an additional bed for him. The rooms are a bit small, but that's typical of hotels in Europe.

Inexpensive, good breakfast, comfy bed, good location

They have issues of beaurocracy re maintenance. A 5€ strip of shower seal missing in room 716 meant leak caused floor damage to laminate floor, but staff powerless to do it themselves, as not allowed.

Very clean appartment, with good beds and proper bathroom with excellent shower and bath. (The bed could split up!) There is also a kitchen with fridge. Very close to the city centre and main shoppingstreet Zeil. The river main is even close, aswell the neighbourhoods of Sachsenhausen and Bornheim (nightlife) are in walking distance (or you can use an electric step, they are on every corner). Also the Tram is stopping near the door. The room is every day cleaned. There were issues with tv, we got compensation for it. That was very kind, we even didn't use tv because Frankfurt is a very vibrant city!

Maybe the appartment is too clean or new, i mean it could be more cozy. The tv, the size is too small for the room. They should replace it for an, at least 50 inch screen. The curtains, are for the show, you cannot close them. They have a kind of blinds for the windows in white. So in summertime i think it would be too light, in the early morning, before wake up. But in wintertime almost christmass time, it is long dark outside, so not a problem right now. Maybe they should place a rubberstrip below the shower door, water is leaking all over the floor while showering, we must use a towel.

the staff are really very nice , both at the reception as well as the restaurant. make you feel welcome . we had the corner suite on the 7th floor, which was fab . spacious & comfy. the balcony was also nice with an open view of the city.the location also is very convenient with restaurants, supermarkets & the main shopping area ZIEL just round the corner, few minutes walk from the hotel.

the wifi signal was weak in our room, but the reception staff (Khalid) was really trying to help make it work., in vain, but we appreciated his effort . he was very helpful .
