The staff at the front desk, and the staff looking after the breakfast were wonderful!

The only complaint is that housekeeping came while I was getting ready to checkout (which is fine). When I explained that and asked him to come back later he got visibly annoyed. When I left 20 minutes later, he was standing right outside my door. I thought this was inappropriate.

We selected one of the 4 rooms with a small balcony overlooking the Main and were very pleased with the room. You can sit outside for some fresh air but our 4 day stay included a bit of poor weather (rain and wind) so that limited our use. The bed and bathroom was good as was the breakfast. We were able to walk to the hotel from where the river cruises docked. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the main shopping area so that was acceptable particularly as it was quite straight forward to walk past the impressive cathedral.

Our only disappointment was the lack of coffee making facilities in the room, so it was necessary to dispense a coffee, adjacent to the reception area at a cost of just over 2 euros each. It seemed a bit petty in this day and age. Despite this we would certainly consider this hotel if in Frankfurt again.

Absolutely incredible view from the room. 7 minutes drive from the train station. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a 5 min walk. Very comfy bed and super friendly staff. Also the hotel has a cooler with cucumber+lemon water in the lobby and this water was saving me during the hot sunny days in Frankfurt. One of the staff members even gave me a bottle to fill with this water when I was checking out (headed to Strasbourg by bus), thank you for that, it was very nice! And there was a huge bathtub in my room, it was so nice and relaxing to chill there.

I got a twin room instead of a double but that's still fine for me because I was traveling alone

Location was excellent, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and nice balcony overlooking the river.

Hotel should have provided better quality bath towels as they were worn, frayed along the edges and felt quite rough; we expected far better from such a hotel; it was also disappointing not to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room, but then be charged for having two coffees that we prepared on the coffee machine in the lobby (again this cheapens the hotel and takes a little shine off our stay as this should really be included as part of our stay) … we only found out about the lobby coffee charge at time of check out ??

Lovely hotel just a short walk from the center. Well-maintained and very clean, with spacious rooms (fun fact: the largest toilet I’ve ever seen in a hotel room! 🙂). Private garage accessible by car lift — a huge plus, as parking in the area is almost impossible. The hotel has three underground levels available for cars, making it very convenient. Excellent, high-quality breakfast.

Being in the city center, it can take some patience to reach the hotel by car if there’s traffic. Also, we couldn’t manage to adjust the air conditioning properly.

The hotel was excellent from all points of view (below I also left some minuses). Super clean, very good location, the beds were among the most comfortable I've had in a hotel, the view to the river (I had the room on the 4th floor with a view to the river). The bathroom products were premium.

Very narrow parking. The balcony door did not close tightly (it was no problem, but if it was very cold outside I think it was a big impediment). The drapery came off the plastic rail (in several places). The internet is weak, I hope very weak (plus, it's super insecure). The shower hose had leaks

The reception staff responded to my complaint about the single room I was given upon arrival (it was clean but exceptionally small with a very unattractive view from the window) and by the next morning I was reassigned to another room which was perfect. One member of reception I would like to single out for praise was Jasmin who dealt with all issues in a professional, efficient but friendly way which was very appreciated. The location of the hotel is superb and if you can get a room overlooking the River Main then it's superb plus!

The hotel still has carpeted floors - some of which are stained. Nowadays most hotels have switched to either tile or parquet flooring - both of which are easier to clean and look more attractive

We booked a river view room for my birthday. We were really excited about it. Upon check in, they told us all the rooms booked with a river view were already given away. We were really disappointed and surprised especially given we arrived right at the normal check in time. They offered us breakfast for one morning. As we continued to complain, they offered breakfast for the whole stay. The whole thing was really disappointing as our view was of the back of a dirty side building. The location of the hotel itself was really good and breakfast okay but I would never pay the 19.99 euros for it.

Good hotel in central location that made it easy to explore the centre of the city. Comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking the river. Excellent breakfast (as is usually the case in Germany!).

Staff need more training, when checking out the guy at the front desk tried insisting that we had to pay eventhough we were showing a receipt that payment had already been done via Booking.com. He eventually called his manager and suddenly everything was fine - it would have been nice if he had called his manager immediately instead of arguing with us first. The shower cubicle in the bathroom leaked and we found some hairs of the previous occupants on the bathroom floor (however otherwise everything was very clean so probably just a small oversight which happens).

Great location and a walking distance to the Christmas markets. We booked the room with a river view and it was so beautiful . Excellent breakfast with a variety of fruits and veggies and a nice spread. The lady working at the breakfast station constantly watched to keep things clean & fill up more food. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Frankfurt.

The staff when we checked in could have been more informative or shown more welcoming. The carpets on the hall way were dirty and perhaps it was about time to replace them.
