My family and I stayed for four days. The place was very good, located in the heart of the city. The hotel was great in terms of services and space, and it had everything you might need. One of the best things was that the bathroom had a bidet, which is very convenient. The location was also easy to find.

The breakfast was very poor and lacked many essential items. Additionally, the presence of a construction site next to the hotel was a bit disturbing. Fortunately, the construction work stopped early in the day, which was a relief.

Location is excellent. Very near major S-bahn, U-bahn, tram and bus stops. Very close to old city center. Able to walk to major museums, squares and religious buildings. 5 mins walk to the Frankfurt Zoo. Many halal and non-halal restaurants close by. Laundry shop within 450 meters. Near many supermarkets, including an asian supermarket. The free breakfast has a very good selection

Gym was underwhelming. Treadmill not working, no free weights. The area can be very seedy at night with adut shops nearby. Sometimes locals will park nearby and play loud music in their cars late at night and very early in the morning.

Lovely hotel, which propose duverse breakfast menu. I liked coffee with eggs and meetbols. Personal are freandly and harry up to help you with any question. My room was free when I came, so they accepted my early morning check-in without any charges. I was appreciated for this opotiunity to take shower and relax after long night flight. My next flight was also far then check-out time, so hotel offered to leave a luggage for free till the end of day, so I dropped my luggage and went sightseeing. Location is great, a lot of restaurants and undegraund 5min walking. In the time of my visit there was building facade reconstrsction, but it was stoped at night si wasn't disturbed me. I will back to this place for sure. Highly recommend.

The staff was so accommodating. They made me cry with their kindness!The room, spacious and comfortable. Beds and linen yummy. The breakfast, included, was hearty and varied. Close to everything! A++!

Did not affect our stay; however, surrounding construction was a bit to negotiate at first. Would not let that stop me staying there!

Very near the Christmas Markets and close to the shops. Very clean with friendly staff. Tea/coffee making facilities in room

Rooms are very very small for two people if requiring twin beds. Only fit for a double bed as the twin were joined together Unsuitable for friends travelling Breakfast was only fair. There was no porridge, muesli or fresh Fruit (apart from apples) The hotel though very well located is on a dark side street

The Hotel was very central which made the Christmas Markets and the town center only a few minutes walk away. The trams and train lines are also beside the hotel which would give you easy access to travelling around the city and on to the airport. The staff were very friendly and easily helped us with any queries we had. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Frankfurt.

Location was amazing. Very safe neighbourhood.

Wifi connection at night suddenly is terrible. I was on holiday but needed to do work still and I normally did so in the morning and mostly at night when I am back in hotel. At night, the wifi connectivity in room is horrendous and I had to top up personal roaming on singaoore mobile and use that for work.

The general location was handy for local amenities and travel links. The room was clean and tidy as would be expected, breakfast had a good selection of items.

We decided to walk from the main train station, which proved to be a little challenging, mainly due to the construction around the hotel, roads were closed off as well as the hotel not being on a main road.

Friendly welcoming at the reception and staff who likes their work at the hotel. In walking distance to many public transport options.

The surroundings of the hotel are less inviting, not only because of a construction site currently nearby or the relatively noisy air ventilation system at the backside of the hotel.

The area immediately around hotel is being regenerated and looks a little like a building site! Evening and night was very quiet considering the hotel is so close to the centre ! So the immediate surrounding and small street the hotel is in, is currently undergoing a lot of building work but it doesn’t affect the hotel itself, just doesn’t look very pretty at the moment!
