Perfect location, very close to old town and S Bahn. Good eating everywhere! Hotel allowed us to leave bags while we explored old town before our flight. Great benefit!

Room was light in the morning so no sleeping in? But this is a minor issue!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is really undervalued and deserves a higher rating. Rooms are spacious, Beds are comfortable, all necessary essentials are provided. Clean towels are provided on daily basis, rooms are also cleaned every day if requested by guests. The hotel is few minutes walk from the train station, and close to city center. The staff are so kind and helpful, which makes you turn a blind eye on any negative aspect in the hotel.

No AC, but fans are provided.

The fact that there is no AC in the rooms, but they provide you with fans. I guess most hotels in Frankfurt don't have airconditioned rooms.

Two things stood out: very comfortable mattress, and really nice guys at the reception, both in the evening on check-in and the morning on check-out. Offered a cup of tea on the house - great start to the day. Also: it's located in the city center, affordably priced and very easy and quick to get to the airport via S-Bahn.

Pillow too big and clumpy. No tea kettle in the room. Otherwise I was very happy with my short stay and would book again.

Hotel in an excellent location, large and clean room. There is parking at the hotel at a reasonable and fair price. The staff at the front desk is pleasant, nice and very helpful. Everything is ok.

Hotel Zeil is at an amazing location in Frankfurt, we walked everywhere in 5 minutes. The staff is super helpful. They have a dedicated parking place for only 15 Euros per day, whereas the closest parking places double this price. The beds were large and comfy, the hotel was clean.

It is an old hotel, the furniture and the design is a bit outdated. The bathroom was small and a bit old fashioned as well but still sparkling clean.

perfect place for a quick solo overnight, I had a 17hr layover, and it was great location to walk around the city for dinner and get plenty of sleep, no frills room but had everything you needed. pillow & bed were 9/10 (single bed). check in was easy, and beer was E2.5

You must need to add something complementary Like free coffee & Tea. For this you should keep coffee maker in a room. Additionally breakfast should be included in room fare,

You are not offering any massage services which should be available in the room if required.

Breakfast The staff were very understanding, especially the Senior/Elderly man on duty and was able to give us very good Tea.

A lot of SMOKE smell along the Corridor, ,especially 3Rd Floor.

Very good location near metro station (S) and main market (Zeil) and many restaurants are available in near hotel, we can get food any item.
