This hotel was perfect! Room was clean, warm, cozy and spacious, there was enough space for three people, so it is suitable to travel alone, together with your partner or with friends. The apartment itself felt very homelike. The bed was big and comfortable. Also the view from the window was amazing too, especially in the evening. The check-in was super-easy, the location was great! All items inside the apartment functioned properly. So what more is there to say? I give it five stars. I liked it very much, and so did my friends, who stayed there with me. p.s.: drivers, be careful, there is no parking at the hotel. But you can easily find several relatively inexpensive parking lots nearby.

Overall, the apartment was very good. I requested a room with a balcony, and my request was fulfilled. The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to Zeil and about 8–10 minutes to the metro station. The room was clean, the WiFi was fast, and the bathroom was fully equipped. I was satisfied with my stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the kitchenette — since there is a kettle and cooking is possible, it would be nice to have some basic items provided, such as sugar, tea, and salt. That was the only small detail I missed.

The most poorly equipped kitchenette I have ever come across. A single frying pan was the sole cooking implement. A single cup. No teaspoons. No pans. Fortunately we were eating out for every meal except breakfast. Even then had to use soup mug for cereal as there were no bowls. Such a shame as I really liked the place for all the positives listed.

We apart-hotel is a small, but tall building next to the Maine River. The reception is small and minimalist, without much of a lobby or a waiting room, but we did not mind since the receptionist welcomed us warmly and after waiting for only a few minutes, we got checked in. Our studio room was everything that my parents and I expected: decent and comfortable beds, small kitchenettes for basic breakfast, and a nice small balcony overlooking Frankfurt. Plus, we were 15 minutes walking from all the stuff we wanted to see, and for further excursions in the area we had metro/tram stops 4-5 minutes away

After reading some negative reviews beforehand, we worried - but after our experience staying here, I conclude that these people complaining either did not communicate what they were looking for too well; or they were expecting much more for the price paid. On our side, nothing to complain about, 10 out of 10 - we got what we paid for, plus some nice views overlooking the river

View from the small balcony outside my room was magnificent. Close to attractions and Ostendstraße. Staff was very pleasant. Try JamysBurgers across the street.

Very noisy techno music on the last night of my stay (Friday night) that went on all night. I was on the river side and I was unable to sleep because of it. I ended up leaving for the airport much earlier than planned because of it.

It is a great place in a beautiful, central location, within walking distance from main attractions and the metro line. We did get a balcony looking onto the Main river. Looking at the boats and all the activity going on on the waterfront was a great way to relax when we came back from our wanderings. We were also able to cook a few simple meals on the stove top provided, which saved us some money. I highly recommend this place for couples and families in a budget.

The only thing that I recommend is changing out the sofa in the living room. It wasn't comfortable to sleep on, compared the beds in the sleeping area, which were excellent.

Simple, clean and modern apartment. An easy walk to lots of Frankfurts main attractions. Safe area & across the road from a great Aldi which made groceries super easy! A great quiet spot to stay for visiting Frankfurt. Also bonus if you get a river view balcony! Very beautiful 😊

Super clean and quiet in the Night people from rezeption very friendly

The card of the room stop 2 to open the door 2 times in 2 days consecutive in the night when I came back to the hotel and at this time is not rezeption but you can call to number to fix situations like this. The first day the person at the phone in the night was nice but the second day I call again and the man that answer me the phone didn’t pay attention if what I was explaining to him about the key and he just said to me that is but Possible to give me another key very unfriendly and finish the call without here what i said I had to call 2 times more ttill another person took The call let me explain my situation with the card and finally after 30! Minutes I got the key and open my room

This has been a positive surprise. Nice, calm location with amazing connections. Clean room with kitchenette. Bathroom comes with toiletries and towels. Good price to quality ratio. Enough electric sockets and space to store your belongings.

I didn't use the kitchen however, there was only one set of plates, cutlery etc. I understand it's a room for one person however, sometimes you need more of those.

Well appointed one bedroom loft type apartment overlooking the Main River. Balcony overlooked the river and afforded good views. Functional kitchen you can use to make coffee tea and maybe some pasta.

The sofabed was sufficient for one person and not two as was assumed when you book the room for 4 people. The elevator from the reception desk to the apartment is old and closed on us while we were getting in; needs safety door closing device checked. The river promenade was loud into the night..which was a bit expected due to cruises but a few people (drunks) were yelling late into the night. We kept the balcony door open for air circulation.
