It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn station and right across from tram line 11, which takes you directly to the main station. The room could have been slightly more spacious—the gap between the bed and the wall, where the "work table" is placed, is a bit tight—but overall it’s cozy and comfortable. I really liked the shower, and everything was clean and simple. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying there again.

As mentioned, if the setup of the working area were a bit more user-friendly, the room would have been perfect for my needs. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay. It was nice and clean (with one exception under the sofa bed, but we could clean it quickly with a broom), and it was so easy to access everything with good guides to get you in. We were greatet with water and there was coffee available which was wonderful. All in all a good place to stay.

The room was very warm, and do go its location opening the windows means a lot of noice from the big roads outside. However there was a fan available. But would have been a bit better with aircon☺️ Tje sofa bed is quite hard, but again. For one night sleep it will make do ☺️

The property was in a super convenient location, there was a tram and bus stop near by and the metro was close too, we didnt use much public transport thought because everything was within walking distance. The location was super easy to find, online check in and check out were also really convenient, the day before our booking I checked in online and was given a confirmation code and then given a code for the door and the room after check in times started. Very convenient that there wasn’t any room keys just an access code. There was a few cafes and restaurants near by which we went to for breakfast The room itself had all necessities, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils to cook basic meals, there was also a coffee machine, fridge/freezer and an AC in the room for guests to use. The bathroom was very nice there was shampoo and body wash provided. Overall the beds were really comfortable and so was the whole room overall we really enjoyed our stay here. There was no on site staff but we didn’t need to contact them for anything either way.

We had to turn on the hot water and wait for it to heat up which I didn’t realise at first so I took a few cold showers before figuring it out

Location quite close to Römer and to the river. Very clean. Good tea/coffee/cooking facilities for the price paid. Excellent value for money.

Found the checking in process a little stressful as I was invited to check in quite early but then didn’t get the door code until the last minute. Thought I’d done something wrong. The area just beyond the hotel (in the direction of Ostbahnhof) felt very slightly unsafe. It was boiling hot weather when I was there but it was too noisy outside to have the windows open overnight. Thanks for the fan though! 😁

It really had everything (and a bit more) than a person could require for a quick stay in Frankfurt. Check-in and check-out - easy, quick, without any disturbances. Good instructions on how to get to the property. Nice, clean bathroom with everything you need. The kitchenette was an additional bonus (hard to imagine cooking something advanced in that small room, but definitely good enough for making breakfast/ supper). Bed - okay, nothing special, clean sheets.

The location is excellent. The apartment is extremely clean. Using codes to enter is very practical.

Check-in and check-out times could be earlier or later, respectively. I know they put a lot of effort into cleaning, but one hour before or later would make a huge difference for the price. Also, the building has enough space and rooms to offer luggage storage for guests arriving before or leaving after check-in and check-out. However, when I requested that, the answer was dry: "Leave the luggage at the train stations." Yeah, that works, but it would have been much better and easier, and it is totally feasible for Homaris to offer a safe room to store arriving guests' luggage without problems.

Easy walking distance to the main centre but also a tram stop directly outside. It's a functional apartment (very much like a uni dorm room) so not a lot of room but was comfortable and clean. If you are just after a base to sleep then this is ideal. Walls and floors are a little thin but nothing that stopped you sleeping. Checking in was really easy and the shower was fantastic which is ideal after a long day or night. Can live chat 24/7 wirh staff who wete excellent. Would 100% definitely stay here again

Seamless check-in, vey clean, quiet, comfortable, good location. Very helpful staff, there was a hiccup with my reservation but they resolved it immediately.

Cleaning staff were a bit pushy. The system asks you what time you will check out to which I replied 10:30-11:00. They started knocking on my door at 9:30 and they tried 3 times to make me leave early so they can prepare the room for the next guest, I suppose so they can leave earlier as well. That was a bit annoying since I couldn’t leave earlier and they couldn’t come in.

Everything went super smoothly, I was expecting some things to not go so well as there's no reception, but all went surprisingly well. I didn't need to contact the host at all. The room was small, but it was enough for what we needed. The little kitchen allowed to have a quick breakfast before starting the day. The host left some water that was well appreciated as we arrived late and all stores were closed. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. There wasn't too much noise from the street, but at times we could hear the neighbours talking in their rooms. It wasn't too bad and intrusive, but for light sleepers it might be an issues. The host also provided ear plugs. We didn't need them but it was a nice gesture. On the first night we also had a fire alarm going on. It was worrying, we spent almost 1h outside while the firefighters took care of the situation. Luckily it didn't seem like a very serious event, we hop no one got hurt. It was great that the firefighters arrived fast and to the hotel.

There weren't problems at all, but I'm going to write here some potential improvements. The ustensiles are placed outside of the counter and they collect dust. Not sure if the were clean or not before, but if I were to use them I'd give them a good wash before. The same stands for the cutlery.

Everything, the location, the ambience, the lighting, it was super clean and amazing I absolutely loved it. Exceeded my expectations and best part is the tram station is right in front of the house. I loved it!! If youbare looking for a beautiful room in an amazing location, this is the one!! Everytjing is on point.

Just my bathroom sink got clogged. And it wasnt the big deal, jEverything else was absolutely perfect. And the place will just exceed your expectations. As a girl travelling for the first time it was super safe!!
