I needed to stay one night in Frankfurt, and rather than staying close to the airport, I chose to stay in the quaint old town center. It was the best choice! The hotel was easy to find, clean, cheaper than those by the airport, and situated in a great location. I was able to do a bit of exploring in the morning before heading back to the airport, and it was well worth it! Beautiful part of the city, by the river. I took the train from the airport... it was easy, and only cost me 6 euro.

It’s a beautiful district, Zeil street just across the road and all things nearby .. you can get tram just at the corner at Romer

everything was good .. nothing bad.. only room no 414 had big bed bugs … please check in to it ..

The location of the hotel is amazing, 5mnts walk from the metro and all the important places, in the middle of the historic center, in a good area. The hotel is simple but not bad for a short time (2 days in my case). I read that the rooms are super small, the size is normal, please, is not a 5 star hotel, sooo quality and price is really good! And yes they knock on your door to clean, but the man who cleans is very friendly (he doesn't speak English), he offers you coffee and towels. The windows are good, you don’t hear the sound of the street but it is true that you can hear 10 to 10 the sound of the other rooms if they have people, or when they clean. BTW I stayed on the first floor and my internet it was normal 8 to 10.

The location is impossible to beat. And it is all very uncomplicated, efficient, low-key. What we needed for a stay to visit friends and do things. Also, the rooms were cleaned every day, which is not a given anymore, even in pricier hotels. And everything was super clean.

The room was tiny, but I didn't expect otherwise, given the location (super central) and the price (super low given it is Frankfurt and so central). This is not a spa hotel, but we didn't book a spa hotel.

Location was close to the Christmas market. Staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations and resolving room issues. The breakfast included a variety of hot and cold food which was very good. Room was small but very comfortable.

Room safe. Hotel recently installed new room safes and the directions to re-set code applied to old ones. Asked to be moved to different room but other rooms had same issue. Had to use the master key held at front desk to open and close safe every time. Made it very inconvenient. Automatic bathroom fan was noisy. Staff remarked the fan was probably dirty (it was) but no one cleaned it during our stay.

You can not beat this hotel for the location! We were in Frankfurt for the Christmas markets and this hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square. The staff were friendly - one in particular was really friendly, checking to make sure everything was good and always greeting us with a smile when we were leaving or coming back to the hotel. The rooms are small but we didn’t need any more space as we were only there to sleep. The room has a mini fridge and kettle which was what we needed for any drinks or snacks. This hotel is close to a few different forms of public transport, making it so easy to travel around. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and will continue to stay here whenever I am in Frankfurt!

This Hotel is in an amazingly central location with all the interesting places within walking distance. These include the Cathedral, civic buildings, museums, restaurants and shops as well as the Hop on Hop off bus, trams and S and U Bahn stations. The staff all spoke excellent English, as I'm afraid we don't know German, and they were all really helpful and friendly. The bed was clean, the storage space was excellent, there was a kettle etc. The Bathroom had all the basic essentials. We didn't use the breakfast bar in the basement but were allowed to get extra milk there. We also loved the tiny sweets at reception!

The bathroom was a little small and there was not much room to hang anything up or place our washbags. Although we guessed that the hotel had been recently wall papered and painted there were lots of little things that still needed to be sorted out like an upside-down coat hook, and a hole in the shower with no cover that little bottles could fall down and also no place to put shampoo bottles etc.

We didn’t try the breakfast, the location was excellent, just steps from the Römer market.

We booked rooms called business doubles with 2 twin beds. We paid a little extra for this because we weren’t 2 couples so didn’t want to share beds but the twin beds are next to each other so it’s the same as sharing a bed. I can’t imagine wanting to bunk up with a coworker like this, it’s an HR nightmare. Otherwise, we like this place, have stayed before when it was just my husband and I.

Great location. Close to the Römer and bakeries. Comfortable rooms and beds. Technician came promptly to replace a light globe. Check in was smooth and easy. Easy walk to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and trams.

The shower was tiny, but worked well and the shower head could go high enough for tall people. There were people sleeping rough on the street across the road from the hotel. No problem for us, but wondered about night time safety.

The location was excellent! Our room was facing the street, but you could not hear the street noise inside the room. Breakfast was very nice and had everything we needed. All in all, a very good quality-price ratio, could easily stay again in this hotel.

Rooms are a bit outdated and there is quite much dust under the beds. The reception area is small and not so pleasant, and the lift is super slow :D But nothing too serious!
