The staff was friendly, and when I needed help calling a taxi to the airport (because Uber was taking more than 15 minutes to find a match at an early hour), they were fantastic. An Uber would have cost me around 24euros if a driver had been available, and the taxi was 40euro, but well within expectations/budget. My room had courtyard views on either side, and was Marilyn-Monroe themed. Only one set of windows had shutters, though, so I had to draw the curtains on the other, since it was their main lobby/courtyard. The bed was VERY comfortable. I didn't have time in the morning to enjoy the breakfast, but there was a bakery right across the street from the hotel parking entrance, and the riverfront, which is only a block away, would have been lovely - but as of April 2024, it's currently undergoing construction of some sort, so no access.

one courtyard window overlooked their little reception/bar outdoor lobby, which is where a lot of people hung out to smoke, so I couldn't open that window without smelling it inside. once people had settled in for the night, i was able to get a beautiful cross-breeze through the suite, though!

Quiet place in old town of Floersheim, walking distance to the river Main, having come a long way from being part of a monastery, having hosted a disco, CD/video shop . Previously being a hostel has been refurbished with taste and attention to detail to a stylish Hotel, the Jack Nicholson room was skillfully decorated incl. DVD collection and DVD player. Local style restaurants nearby, easy parking.

Movie-themed hotel with each room reflecting different artists and films. Very comfortable, quiet and an excellent breakfast with friendly, attentive staff. Through their love of film, Hans and his brother have crafted this unique place from what was once a cinema and video store, and they've done a good job!

The movie theme is by now well known and an interesting feature. The beds were very good to get a night's rest, the room was spacious and had a couch, all was clean and for those wishing, there was a huge TV with ample DVD's. Parking is either on the road next to the hotel or on a large parking lot by the river a 1 minute walk away. The inhouse restaurant has different schnitzels and surprisingly decent meal salads in addition to a variety of beers (try the helles).

Although fine and clean, the interior finishes are a bit dated. Breakfast is only 'til 9 (although ok), and in the summer heat our ground floor room was quite warm with the portable A/C not really up to the task. Downstairs wifi and cell phone reception were virtually non-existent which was quite inconvenient.

The location is great, you have access to two train lines and it's a quiet area. I chose this place because the decor theme was fantastic and it was 20mins away from Frankfurt. The staff are lovely people and very friendly. They have DVD's and DVD players in the rooms and you can watch movies in your room. Flörsheim is so nice I want to come back!

I can't think of anything? Maybe, as a suggestion for foreign guests a map of the area with suggested attractions or directions to the train stations or bus stops etc.

I mistakenly booked the wrong day and they were good to accomodate my arrival a day early. When i called about my error, they were busy as there were events in the area but they gave us a great room and at only a small surcharge above what we originally planned and we stayed two nights in this large room.

monday nights in This area it was hard to get good food. More of a culture problem and not the fault of the hotel

Absolutley everything about the place. We did not eat at the restaurant, so can't comment on that, but the hotel was fantastic. Super clean and good size room decorated lovely.

We liked everything

Very comfortable and friendly. Only stayed one night, coming off a flight into Frankfurt. It was a quick and easy drive to the hotel, and the village was charming, much nicer than staying closer to the city. Breakfast was basic but fine. The wacky hollywood themed room was also actually very well equipped and welcoming.

No lift, but not a problem for us, even on the third floor.

The concept of the hotel is wonderfull. Clean hotel, very quite location.nice play for staing night before the flight

Some rooms are whithout air conditional in hot days its not so nice also at the night. The bed is too soft.

Arrived late and desk clerk and chef made certain we had a lavish charcuterie platter at the bar even though the restaurant was closed. The hotel has a medieval charm. The room was huge with ultra modern bathroom.

I liked it fine, it is what it is, which is very nice.
