Simple, big room on the top floor. Pretty quiet during the night. Location close to the train station is great.

Obviously not a very modern hotel. Elevator doesn’t reach the 7th floor. No breakfast offered.

The accommodation was very close to the train station. The equipment was what we expected. Even though it was close to the train station and in a busy downtown area, it was quite quiet and peaceful. It was a great help that when we went on a trip from the city for a few days, we could leave our large suitcases at the accommodation. (Overall, I can't say anything bad about the accommodation. The staff were very helpful and it was very helpful that they kept the big suitcases for the duration of our trip for a few days. The second time we didn't get the same room as when we were there the first time. But this room was even better, with a large turntable room and a bathtub.)

The location is probably the best thing when it comes to this hotel. It is near the main train station, however that might be dodgy sometimes but I had no issues. The room was fairly clean but the furniture itself is old so it has a bit of that stale smell to it but it's not bad. The room had a small fridge which came in really handy. Great place to stay if you're going to spend most of your time outside, around the city itself.

I don't have anything negative to say about the place. One thing that would've made my stay way better was if they had breakfast available, even if it came with an extra cost.

We liked the terrace view and being able to have 3 single beds. Most staff were very nice and were able to help us with our queries. Location was a good place in the city and close to nearby landmarks. The air conditioning was also great and modern. They had a sheet of paper telling you what TV channels were in English, French or Dutch which was helpful.

The night staff was not the nicest and did not seem keen to help us, the out of hours number did not work and many people were confused on how to get into the building. Room and bathroom were clean but the bathtub was a bit dangerous to get in and out of.

There was clean rooms, confortable bed, good bathroom and check in at basically any time. When my train got delayed, I needed to confirm that getting pretty late was not a problem, and they answered very quickly. For a quick trip it was excellent.

There wasn't anything bad about the hotel. The location was also good in this centrally and closeness to the central part of the city. However, one relevant thing is that it was a little empty when I arrived very late. That's not bad about the hotel itself, but is something to keep in mind when traveling alone.

It was warm two days so: Air conditioning, minibar refrigerator for our drinks, bathtub, a balcony, windows to open, curtains to make the room dark. Ok walking distance from central station with children and safe feeling neighborhood.

Considering the cost, we found the room to be great. It was big enough for both of us, and clean as well. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the train station and we found it very easily.

No breakfast available even though there was a breakfast room in the hotel. This might have been mentioned on the website or somewhere, but I didn't notice it. There was also no coffee making facilities in the room which we found bizarre as we thought that was just a standard these days

The hotel was very close to the train station (only 10 minutes by walk), and I particularly liked that. The room assigned to me was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was mentioned during booking that the reception is open 24/7. However, the day before checkout I noticed that the reception was closed in the morning (at 7 am). It was closed also the day I checked out (Saturday), and I had to leave the key in a keybox.

Very convenient location, close to the Hbf and Main river. Nice staff and let us check-in at 2 pm when room was ready. Not big but quite good room for 3 people. Small fridge was available.

It would be great if a kettle and a shared microwave were available. Bathroom is a bit small but not big deal. Hope the elevator will be back in service soon.

I like that the hotel lays near the train-station and it was easy to check in. The room I stayed had a air-conditioner and (beacuse of the heat outside 32+) it saved my life. Good bed with fresh bedsheets and towels.

The room was a little bit dusty and shower-curtains needs to be changed. No breakfast. Good restaurants nearby but no supermarkets.
