Pearl Hotel has an excellent location! It's only a 10-15 minute walk from the central train and bus stations, making it very convenient for travelers. There’s also a large grocery store just a 2-minute walk away, where you can find all essentials. If you enjoy a stroll by the river, there’s a lovely path just 5 minutes away, and you can even walk to the city center from the hotel. The hotel itself is peaceful, and everything was as expected, not too noisy. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a nice design and essentials included. My room had a mini-fridge (though it wasn’t working) and an electric kettle with tea provided, which was a nice touch. The staff at the reception were fantastic—always ready to help with any questions and very friendly. The housekeeping service was also excellent, as my room was cleaned every day.

The only downside was the breakfast. It’s very basic and felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. It could be a bit more balanced, but you’ll still find something to get you started for the day. Overall, a great stay with wonderful service and a perfect location!

I paid a little bit more than other hotels in this area for sth "extra" and didn't regret it, it had good view from my room, friendly staff, nice shower, kettle and fridge, desk, everything I'd need honestly.

I'm taking away one point because the cleaning staff went through my things! I found open a can of pringles I had and although I didn't find anything else out of place it made me paranoid about others going through my stuff. I have autism so although I live in a mess I know exactly where everything is and it disorganizes me to find them elsewhere

Great location, around 15 minutes walk from Frankfurt hbf, Google maps also recommended bus 64 which stops right next to the hotel (although I wasn’t patient enough to wait for it). The staff were friendly and the room was clean. I stayed in the second floor and didn’t encounter any cigarette smell like the other reviews claimed. Maybe they fixed it. The hotel also looked well maintained. I found the rooms quite big for a single occupant. Layout of the washroom also made it look pretty spacious. The AC was great, I think it was on a timer, although I was too tired to play with the settings to see if I could deactivate it. The staff was also kind enough to keep my luggage after checkout. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay here again if I’m around.

Great soundproof! I had a room facing the yard but the hotel is just next to the big road so can still hear a bit noise. But the sound proof windows solved the problem. I had a really noce sleep!

Some facilities can be improved. The hairdryer didn’t work but the staff was really helpful and brought me one soon. There is no real refrigerator, only box with fan. So there’s doubt if can keep the food fresh.

The property is just near the main station. Surrounding the property offers many restaurants and also a grocery store nearby. Our room has its city view. It’s very relaxing and our bed was very comfortable and that’s very important to us since we have a baby. We stayed for 2 nights and I could say that overall our stay was excellent.

Only the sink in the bathroom. It drains slowly. But not a big deal.

Being such a short visit, we didn't really make use of the facilities or breakfast sadly. Location to the Messe was perfect but sadly the area lacked some other eating options but that's no fault of the hotel. Room spacious and comfortable and clean. Bed was not the most comfortable but that is down to personal opinion. I would have liked normal tea or coffee sachets a only had a couple of herbal tea options.

Excellent Breakfast! This was my first breakfast in Germany and honestly still in the top 3 I've had, only because the other two were from multi star hotels so it is to be expected with their higher price point, but I really, really enjoyed their breakfast. Staff were excellent, so friendly and accommodating. The location was quite good if you don't mind a bit of walking but if you're in Frankfurt to sight see, this is probably not a bad idea. The services provided were extremely good. The bar looked quite inviting but I never went there.

Rooms were in line with the good pricing however the carpets were stained, curtains and bathroom area/ shower tiles appeared dirty due to the old grouting and markings. It is clean though, you can tell that it is clean but you can't clean off staining, so it feels dirty to be in there. I am not fussy, so I didn't mind too much, but if the carpets were replaced, and the bathrooms were revamped, like the grouting re-done, clear rubber seals replaced, this hotel would be absolutely remarkable. It is good value for money, however I stayed in similar priced hotels and this was the only one in this condition. The rest of the hotel is in top condition.

Depending on which exit you use to leave the train station, the surrounding area can be quite unsafe at night. There are often numerous dealers visible as you make your way to the hotel. Use private transportation for night hours

Great location close to Schlossberg, and very quiet in spite of nearness to city center. Spacious, impeccably clean room & bathroom.

Room facing street, some noise early in the morning (maybe garbage truck). But it was not the hotel’s fault.

Bed was comfy, pillow was great, beautiful big shower and a 10-minute walk from the main station. With the windows closed, the traffic wasn’t too loud. Aircon worked great

My bathroom tap leaked onto the bench a bit. I could only connect to the wifi on one device at one time, but it was very fast.
