The hotel's location was very close to the train station, within a 2-3 minute walking distance. Additionally, it was within walking distance to Kaiserstrabe, where restaurants and bars are located. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. While some reviews mentioned that the rooms were small, in my opinion, they were not too small, and they didn't feel cramped. The breakfast was quite sufficient and tasty. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. If I were to visit again, I would choose the same hotel, and I would recommend it to others as well. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The complementary drinks in the mini bar in our room were a nice touch. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. The fact that the breakfast was part of our price was nice, though it is nothing out of the world, but definitely worth it. Good value for money for those who are not planning to spend a lot of time in their hotel room.

Unfortunately, there was a weird smell coming out of the shower, and it got progressively worse as our stay went on. There were also dark spots on the bed rest which looked very dirty. The room was also very small but manageable. The wifi's strength was a bit weak at times. Our door rattled a bit as well. Though they were generous enough to keep our bags after checkout, it would be better if they offered something safer than just a cabinet, which was also filled with other people's belongings, as anyone could have snatched up our stuff.

Travelled to Germany from the USA for Euro 2024! stayed here on our first day and our last day d/t convenience 1. EARLY CHECK IN at 10am!--amazing to be able to shower, take a nap after long flight! 2. LOCATION!-very near main train station-easy train from the airport, then after power nap-joined the Romanians on the train to the stadium for the game. close walking distance to Euro Fan fest and pedestrian/bike path along the river. 3. BREAKFAST! included in price, very good selection, delicious, eggs cooked to order, meats, fruit, coffee, pastry. 4. AIR CONDITIONING! and modern room/bathroom, very good shower/water pressure. 5. MINI BAR! complimentary beer, soda and wine! Highly recommended. suggest walking along the river-just 2 blocks away--to the old town-cross at the Iron Bridge. Stop at Atschel for traditional lunch. Tap House for dinner was excellent-craft beer and indian food. Restaurant Naiv in Innenstadt-great cocktails and food. Next stop-train to Berlin!

This hotel was better than I expected. As per other comments left here, the staff was very nice and always willing to help. I got a nicer room than initially booked in (with a balcony!). Breakfast had a nice selection and staff was friendly (note: you can ask for eggs any way you like). Everything in the room was well thought out (i.e. the plug within the nightstand) and very clean. Little plus with the fridge in the room with a selection of beverages free of charge.

The breakfast room is pretty small and got packed quickly! The surroundings of the train station are not great but the hotel is just at the border between those surroundings and nicer areas (5 mn walk from the banks of the river)

The room was clean and had all we needed. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but very lovely. Our room was a bit small and the bathroom gave a bit less privacy due the doors not giving full isolation. Nevertheless the bathroom was clean and spacious enough. The location is very good if you want to be close to the train station. Overall, it was good value for money.

Note that due to it's central location, the hotel is near a busy road and you may hear a lot of noises during the eventing (sirens, cars). It gets quieter at night.

Great value for money! The room had air conditioning, which was great because it was summer and the two previous hotels we stayed at didn't have it! The room was relatively spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. In addition, the drinks from the minibar were offered as a courtesy.

Despite being relatively close to the historic center and very close to the train station, the streets near the station are a bit strange for those walking. Fortunately, this is not a problem, as it is possible to ignore the quickest route suggested by Google and walk to the center along the beautiful banks of the River Main.

The staff here were really great. The person at the front desk was very nice upon check-in, and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly, quickly bringing us out coffee and omelets, and restocking all of the food quick as well. The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety. This location is within walking distance to everything in the Frankfurt city center. It's just a couple minutes walk to a parking garage, a three minute walk to the main train station, and shopping and restaurants everywhere.

The dining area is very small and the room/counter where the buffet is, is very small as well. If there are more than two people in there at a time, it's cramped. The rooms are pretty basic, but nice enough.

Location was great, very close to the main train station. Fridge generously stacked with complimentary drinks and chocolates daily.

As a 3-star hotel, this hotel would have been good value at normal rates. We have unfortunately booked whilst there was a trade fair in town, so rate per night was just under 400 euros per night (3x the price!). It just was not worth this price. It was a very old hotel, the elevator was tiny and very slow, can barely fit 2 people with suitcases. Power points were very awkwardly located, unable to use with our chargers.

We loved our one night stay here. Very clean, exceptional staff service. Were able to check out early and leave our luggage while we were out for another few hours, letting us come back and retrieve it before we leave. Concierge was very helpful and friendly. The space was very clean and modernized.

The location was a little bit off, there was quite a bit of noise and construction. There were also some suspicious people in the area that made us a little tense. However, that is not anything necessarily the hotel can do about it and we overall had a very great accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel twice for transit in and out of Frankfurt. Hotel keep our heavy luggage during our trip to Dubrovnik which is helpful. For both legs, the staffs at the front desk and at breakfast are very welcoming and helpful. The room we booked are of good size and comfortable. Hotel is very close to Frankfurt train station.

Unfortunately, on the second check in at late evening, we were upgraded to a larger room on the 7th floor. Elevator only goes to the 6th floor and have to carry our heavy luggage up and down by stair to our room. Not a problem if we are not senior. If travel with heavy luggage, avoid rooms on the 7th floor. Other than that, this is a very good hotel.
