The room was clean and you have everything you need inside. It is located so near from the central station which is a good also kinda a bad thing. The shower is good but it smells in the morning. You are provided with towels, shampoo and body wash. The mirror in the bothroom need to be lowered a bit, was hard to see your face when you are normal hight.

The area out side the apartment is not ideal. you find people a lot of creepy looking people hanging around the apartment. I have to walk past the gate two times to avoid putting the code while this people are there. On day before my departure, I saw someone was seating by the lobby asking if anyone need something. Very creepy. The area is okay but you have to watch yourself and know where you are going.

It is in a very central location, close enough to the station that it is convenient enough to walk even with a bit of luggage, but far enough away that you are not stepping out into the drug dealers, addicts, pickpockets and homeless people etc. who loiter around the hotels by the station itself. The room I had was clean, spacious, bright and well equipped, with plenty of sockets for charging and modern, homely décor. Also even though there is quite a bit of noise from the main road, there are shutters and decent windows that go some way to muffling it. The fact that it is an apartment, rather than a hotel room, makes it feel more like "home".

I was fine, but bear in mind that there is no reception/staff on site, if that is a concern for you. Having said that, I did notice lots of signs with ways to get in touch with the management if there is an issue, so I think this would be a very minor inconvenience. Also, it may be different in other rooms, but the room I had didn't have a sofa, nor were the chairs particularly comfortable; something to check perhaps if you are booking an extended stay and/or planning to spend time in the room. Overall though, nothing to complain about!

The apartment was nice, clean and quiet (as requested).

The double booking and payment of a deposit via their website was very strange. It was not sufficient to book the accommodation via booking. I had to register to their website, then pay 200 euro deposit via a strange web link, and I have not received any receipt for that payment. In order to receive entry codes (no reception) to enter the apartment, I had to go again to their website and check-in online on the day of arrival. I would prefer to pay the deposit at booking and simply receive entry codes via e-mail or booking messenger on the day of arrival.

The room was nicely designed, the size was just perfect for a solo traveler. I had a small kitchen so could cook a simple breakfast. There was everything I could need like hair dryer, kitchen appliances, towels and even tea and coffee, which was nice :) The checkin process was rather complicated on the website when I needed to get the codes (it kept failing), but once I received the codes it all worked perfectly. The location is very beneficial: a few minutes walking to the main train station and at the same time the area around the hotel was quiet. The staff always answered my questions very fast and friendly :)

In general everything was clean but in this area some improvements can defenetely be done (for example the curtains were quite dirty, there was dust on the tables etc). Also it was annoying when the website didn't allow me to upload my documents so I had to send them per email. Booking kept sending me an alarm that my card was declined, although the payment was done already. Another minor thing: it would be nice to have a pan in the kitchen to be able to fry eggs for breakfast :)

I will like to start with the fact that the area was quite and safe, near main station, with a lot of stores, bars, restaurants, everything you need, the idea of code door check in and not interact with someone , is no reception there with is very interested and feel free. Very clean, the rooms very clear, clean air, all equipment need it, good wifi , we booked 2 apartments 306 and 604. The size of rooms are enough for 2 person even we stay one person. One of the person was allergic to any smells and was a coincident to get the one with no smells.

Maybe the wi-fi can be a bit better. maybe check all the fan from bathrooms, one was not functional but was not a problem. But is not something negative, I like it all and is not the first time booked already in past

While very central, we could not hear a bit from the street. There was also black out blinds and it was perfect in that sense.

The bed was too hard. It had a topper on top of the mattress to make the firmess a bit better, but still, it was a very hard bed. The sheets on the bed were polyester and hence, it feel like an oven underneath. They should have been cotton. The frying pans were full oxyde. It feel "unsafe" to cook with them. The plates were almost impossible to reach. Very high up and piled up. Finally, I hurt myself trying to open the gate door. It weighs more than 40 kilos and I couldn't open it. Besides, the code was never introduced and anyone could enter the building. I felt unsafe.

This is more of a little apartment than a hotel and very good value for money. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to make use of the kitchenette, but it was very well equipped. Clean, and nicely decorated. A really lovely place to stay.

I had trouble with the main entrance door. A couple leaving informed me that the door needed pushing hard once the code was entered, and then it was simple, but sometimes it's hard to know when you are not sure how it operates. After I had that figured out, it was no problem. My only other complaint is that the curtain in the room did not cover the whole window. I still slept well, but this seems like a strange oversight in an otherwise wonderful accommodation.

Very comfortable bed, very safe, large room, ample kitchen utensils and cutlery, crockery, tissues provided and chairs and table provided and large lift great for large suitcases.

Needs air conditioning because there’s too much traffic noise with the windows open. Shutters good to prevent morning light but no circulating air. Is it possible to turn OFF floor heating? Instructions needed, if so. Had difficulty with digital entry and was unable to connect with phone number provided. A large sheet and light blanket would be preferable for us as both my husband and I are too hot with doonas (duvets) for sleeping.

The location was perfect as we were there for the Euros and wanted to visit the Fan Zone which was just minutes from the apartment location - which in turn was just minutes from the train station and also just a short taxi ride from the airport. The access didn't work at first due to a glitch in their system but they fixed it on the spot when I called them. The room is spacious, has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

Coming into the room, there were a lot of flies which we had to get rid of - I understand that it was a hot summer day but it's not the nicest thing walking into your room. Not anyone's fault really but could have been checked before.

Easy in use digital platform (for authorization and getting entrance code for building and room). Despite very late arrival it was easy to get into the building and room

Since we prepared breakfast and dinner sometimes, (means used kitchen) if would be nice to have a couple of pots more. And it seems we didn't manage to set the room temperature down from 24 C till at least 21 C. (Air conditions control system seems didnt work properly).
