Location was good. Very close to the train station and public transport. Size of the room was good. Staff very helpful

Airconditioning unit in the room was not working. We were perspiring when we arrived from the train station but the technician who came to our room to fix our room phone said that the airconditioning unit in the room was not working

The hotel is very conveniently located outside the train station (use the train station side exit - it’s quicker and nicer) but was still quiet despite the location. The room was very pleasant with a mini bar and air conditioning. Staff were helpful. Variety at breakfast. The tram I needed to catch was right around the corner - very convenient. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Very close to the train station. Lots of food and night life options within a short walk.

The area between the hotel and the train (about 2 blocks) has many homeless with active drug use occurring. This seems to plague the area. Only complaint about the hotel itself was the AC did not work as we were told it was shut off as of Oct 1st and we were there the 10-12th. The rooms were incredibly warm, border line hot which was uncomfortable for sleeping, as a personal preference.

CLEANING THE CARPET NOT GOOD ENOUGH - PILLOW NOT COMPFORT - STAFF VERY GOOD AND HELPFULL

The hotel and staff were top notch. Breakfast each morning provided a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. My room faced the street but I didn’t hear any traffic or street noise, with the exception of an occasional police siren but it wasn’t a bother.

The hotel is directly across from the Central Train Station which is one of the reasons I chose it. However, and this is not the fault of the hotel, the area is filled with homeless folks who drink and openly use crack pipes. Once I was in the hotel, I felt 100% safe. Just be mindful to stay on alert when walking to and from the hotel.

This probably my 6 or 7 times returning back to the hotel sometime alone and sometime with friends and we all agreed that this is one of the best Hotel and Frankfurt. The front desk they always been friendly and kind and the location is across the road from the train station and there are so many restaurants ,grocery shops, barbers, Pharmacy and whatever you want in just 1 minute walk from the hotel, and it's fairly quiet and definitely this will be always my first option for Hotel in Frankfurt. I forgot to mention that they do have excellent Internet and the air conditioning it just great and the minibar does work as minibar should and a very large modern TV.

Absolutely, there is nothing to complain about.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and will continue to book here on future visits to Frankfurt. The rooms are very nice and you can’t get any closer to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) — it’s literally a one-minute walk. Clean, quiet room. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows and plush covers. Enclosed rain shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain (shampoo and shower gel provided). Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Good lighting, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices, fast elevators. Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Reasonable price.

Everything was great. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

Clean, everything was functional, very good breakfast: we stayed 2 days, but maybe for stays of 4 days or longer it may feel limited in assortment. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the check-in time and we left the luggage at the hotel. The last day again, we checked out early and picked up the luggage from the hotel in the afternoon. The personnel was very polite and friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant. I recommend it.

The room amenities indicated an iron available but I couldn't find one. Luckily, I no longer needed to wear the item that I intended and managed with the other clothes.
