Great room good price beautiful lobby and bar area.The bar staff is very friendly and great tasting German beer. I fly into Frankfurt on Singapore airlines from New York JFK and take the S Bahn into Frankfurt Train Station and the hotel is just across the street. This hotel is new and very clean.

This is my go-to stay every time I’m in the city. Every few months I fly from Qatar and stay in Frankfurt and this is my favorite hotel. The location is perfect, well designed lobby and interiors. The staff always treat me well, it’s hygienic and I always feel welcomed and relaxed staying here. I have tried many hotels in the city and since a few years my top pick is always IntercityHotel Hbf.

This hotel, situated right outside the main rail station, is a good level above any other in the neighbourhood. This neighbourhood is, like so many in big cities, a somewhat dodgy environment around the main station, and it is truly something that might bother both residents as tourists. So it is a very nice surprise to find a rather large hotel like this, clean, efficient, hospitable, roomy, nice. The room was fine, good beds, real dark curtains. But.... the absolute best part was the shower, a rain shower with real high water pressure. This is as it should be, but what I seldom find in even the best hotels. And a hand shower next to it. Top!

If not necessary, and unless you have any complaints (which I did not), you don't need to have any contact with a real person. Checking in and out is fully digital and works flawlessly and fast (although there are several manned front desks). I sometimes miss that personal contact, but in this case, it was actually very efficient as I had little time.

the area around train station is dodgy with vagrants, junkies shooting up, mental cases mumbling/walking/shouting. Strongly advised to keep kids away from here. Going from train station to hotel (literally cross the road), you are at medium risk, the train station has only mental cases and homeless people and security walking around. The junkies shooting up and dealers will only approach you if you exit from the front of the station and cross the road there. Strangely there are several restaurants and hotels there and locals seem to be used to it, but as a visitor it may worry you. Just be aware.

only small bits, like - staff not willing to deposit luggage in room when said room becomes available only after arrival. I'm used to "you will find your luggage in your room when you come back from your meetings in the city", but not possible here. - hotel bar closing at midnight, even on Fridays and Saturdays - cleaning stuff trying to enter the room WHILE knocking, instead of "knock - wait for a possible answer - enter". I hate that (they did that multiple times)

Location was great for a quick overnight stop as it's located just next to Frankfurt main station. Although the reviews mention that it's near some "dodgy"/"shady" areas, we felt really safe walking around at night. Room was spacious and clean as well. Beds were comfortable! Toilet was spacious and clean.

No AC unit so it was really stuffy at night. We had to open a window but since we were facing the streets, it was super noisy as well. Just a side note that there isn't much variety of food nearby (mainly just kebabs), but we did discover that there was a larger variety food in the station itself and the food was pretty good and affordable!

Situated very close to Frankfurt am Maine station ( 3 min walk ), with a side access onto the platforms which makes it very convenient if raining. Also only a 15 min walk from the Messe exhibition grounds if walking, or underground service from the main station if its raining. Smart, clean rooms. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom although a bit small had a good shower. I arrived at the station about 1.5 hours before my check in time, but called the hotel and they said i could drop my bags. When i got there a few minutes later they informed me they had a room, so i could check in straight away. Staff very friendly / helpful.

The areas around the station can be a bit intimidating, but you can find safer ways to avoid some parts like walking through the station itself rather than using the pavements outside.

My TV was not working (staff sent for repair, proposed to change rooms, ... everything they could so much appreciated it) - Coffee cup, spoon and a kettle available, but no coffee/tea/sugar/cream - Feels safe but not in the best neighbourhood (as typically the case of the neighbouthood near the station in any big cities) - Unfortunately during big events the price skyrocketed and I felt less value for money this time

The Reception Naoual Barjli is a so nice and warmhearted girl! I lost my wallet with all cash and credit cards in the train. And I couldn't check in. It took me long time to try every ways but couldn't pay it successfully. Finally Naoual proposed a good idea to pay it for me by using her own bank card and later on I transfer the payment to her account online. I lived in the hotel finally after a long time try. She is so considerate and nice to solve the guests' problem which made me feel the comfort after an unhappy journey in the train. Thank you Naoual!

Great stay. Room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower with great water pressure. Bojanna, who checked me in was fabulous. She was friendly, professional and very kind.
