Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Frankfurt. I got everything I’ve asked for: very quiet room on upper floor, no smell of cigarette smoke anywhere, no disturbing street light or security light outside my window, there was even a little fridge in the room. I’ve asked for a kettle to make some tea, got that. Room was very clean and comfortable, excellent wifi reception. Lovely and very helpful staff at the reception and room service team. All exceeded my expectations. Next time in Frankfurt, this is my hotel again.

Renovated ten years ago, still pretty modern, a few scuffs and bruises. If you don't need luxury, but just a comfy stay in a no-frills environment, it's a good hotel (if you can get a decent price). Staff were quite nice, they even received a package for me without fuss. Stay strong!

I first thought there were no outlets except by the door; well, there were two *inside* the desk, well hidden :-) Not really a dislike, just - would be cool to make it a bit more obvious...

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were quick to assist me and provide me with an alternative room. The facilities were exactly what I needed for the duration of my stay, and I felt comfortable overall. The location was convenient as it was across the street from the main train station - it can be quite noisy due to this, but the windows seem to do a fairly good job of dampening the sound.

The room I originally booked was not very clean, although the new room I was given was much cleaner by comparison.

A great location across the street from the train station. In a questionable area of the city, but convenient and felt safe during the day with the police presence and the number of people around. Room was basic, but clean and served our needs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good place for a train layover and reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

Solid hotel in a great location for the train. The hotel and the room are a bit tired, but clean, well managed, safe, and highly functional. Given the price, I consider this an excellent stay and would recommend it.

Great location, just in the central train station, you could take trains, tram, buses to everywhere, just in 100 metres away from the hotel. You can also walk about 15-20 min to the modern city center and shopping malls, old city also, and to the Main river. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good WiFi. My friend had breakfast and said it was also fine.

There was a very bad smell in the corridors of the floors, like fish, every hour of the day, I think because fresh air is not reaching there.

Very close to Frankfurt Hbf. Smart TV. Efficient staff. Restaurants and supermarkets at a walking distance.

My room was different of the picture. One door was locked on my floor, but the receptionist only said one should apply more strength in order to open it. I had applied and tried a few times before reporting the fact. Actually, it becomes a security issue if you cannot open an exit door.

The location is super convenient, close to many sights in Frankfurt city. It’s near the main train station (Frankfurt (Main) Hbf), U-bahn and tram stops. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach stores like dm, Rossmann, tegut, and REWE, as well as numerous restaurants. Although the hotel is near the train station, but it’s really quiet during the night. Plus, the staff is very friendly. When I arrived on Sunday noon and was in a rush to get to the University for conference registration, a lady at the Hotel’s lobby just kindly help me with check-in earlier.
The single room I stayed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was really stable.

The floor in the room could be cleaned a bit more, but apart from that, everything else is very satisfying.

the location is near main train station, a lot of restaurants and supermarket. also not far away from the Römerberg. and all the employees at the hotel are kind and enthusiasm.

even there is police station, still a bit dangerous for the person stay there alone as there are many homeless people. but the hotel is good though.

We stay here about once a month. Great staff, big enough size of room, good price and cannot beat the location, especially for catching a train in the morning - just cross the street.

This place feels like a home away from home, for us. The rooms are getting a little tired, though. The chairs have stains, the stitching on the decorative pillows is splitting open and there are scuff marks on the walls.

I liked the fact that it is very clean! The breakfast was also very good. The staff was great. All together, I really liked everything and would definitely recommend it to my colleagues. That's all I have to say...

The only thing that is not to great is the closeness to one of the most notorious streets in Frankfurt. There are so many addicts lurking around so that you don't want to walk around when night begins. The rooms were a little little...
