- Excellent price compared to other hotels I considered. - The room size was adequate - not huge but not tiny. - Split unit AC with an easy thermostat to adjust the temperature. - Wifi was good. - Multiple elevators that were pretty fast to the various floors. - Staff were friendly and answered my questions, helped with things I asked for. - Bicycle parking (and car parking if I had wanted it) in the garage under the hotel. - The desk clerk gave me the option of having the room cleaned day by day or not.

- Location was not as close to the main sightseeing locations as some other hotels. - No refrigerator in the room - having one would have been nice. - The breakfast seemed a little expensive. It may be the same as other hotels, I just didn't choose to add it on but chose other options for breakfast.

The staff were great. They were very welcoming and let us drop off our bags early so we could tour around unburdened. The property is very nice, comfortable and well situated for visitors coming by train (which we were).

The shower had a bit of a drip from where the hose of the shower head connects to the water line. No big deal but you could hear it through out the night and it created a bit of a sauna for midnight pees. A little bit of plumbers tape on the threads would probably fix that. Other than that small issue everything else was amazing.

The hotel is very clean and the family room great value for money, it has the additions you could expect at the value of the room - wifi, standard complimentary breakfast and clean sheets! I thought this hotel was well worth its good price.

The only negative is that it is not in the best area. It is close to the station which is what we wanted, but the area close to the train station is not the best and has some seedy looking (I emphasizing looking, as there was no trouble whatsoever) characters.

Upon arrival I wanted two drop off my luggage before traveling to the Messe. This was a paid service, which is regrettable. This should be free for paying guests.

Everything was great, the place was clean and up to date. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Didn’t hear any noise all night. We had a room with a large bed and a bunk bed. Space was a little tight but we made do. Didn’t buy the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

The location is not good. It’s a 7 minute walk from the train station which is great! But it is really in a seedy part of town. Wouldn’t be comfortable walking after dark. Arrived a couple hours early but we couldn’t do an early check-in but they did hold our luggage for us.

First night, the AC was turned to heating mode. When we enquired about that they said they couldn’t do anything about it as the entire central AC system was set to heating mode and further asked us to open the windows. However, it was a terrible night as there were loud noises from outside when windows were open. Late night, I had to make a severe complaint and the following day the AC was turned to “cool” mode. Had it mentioned on booking.com, we wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

I have stayed in other B&B Hotels before. So, I knew what to expect. Clean and tidy, no frills hotel; great for a short stay. My room was on the fifth floor. It was reasonably quiet except for the noise of police cars. At least 3 times during the night; I guess this goes with the location. The curtains in the room made the room pitch black, which I like. All in, a pleasant to good experience.

The location around Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof is not the best. I have stayed in a few hotels close by, even more expensive ones, you need to be aware of your surroundings.

This hotel is close to Frankfurt Hbf just few hundred meters by walking distance. Easy access to public transports which the tram station just a few meter away. Also close to those restaurants and kebap shops. Staff were very helpful and speaks English fluently. Easy for us to communicate. Suitable for a small family if you bring a kids because they provide a bunkbed. Price also consider cheap and affordable.

Lovely clean modern hotel. Good range of choice for breakfast. The cleaning staff were really helpful when our son got a bleeding nose in his bed overnight, no trouble to change his linen. The WiFi was really good connection.

While location in terms of Frankfurt landmarks is good, the immediate area around the hotel is quite sketchy which made us feel uncomfortable at times.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious (although design seemed to take priority over functionality). The location was close to the main train station (10 minutes walking) and near to the main city center (20-30 minutes walking).

Lots and lots of traffic noises. The building was quiet but the street noise was high at all times. While the building was clean and safe, the area (especially near the train station) was rough (homelessness, drug and alcohol use, sex work, etc.)
