Excellent hotel and great value for the spacious room. Didn't have the breakfast. 24h reception especially good considering the hotel is in a bad area.

The whole area around Frankfurt central train station is very dodgy - men standing on street corners constantly, men doing dr*gs openly, it feels very dangerous even in the daytime. Once I was dressed modestly and a man leaned over in the street and leered in my face. I always got a taxi back at night even though its 5 mins walk from the train station. I was there about 5 nights in total. When I go to Frankfurt next I'll avoid the whole 1km radius around the central train station.

Location, location. Train station is very close at a walking distance. There’s a grocery store right by the train station which is very convenient. Lots of places to buy great food at a walking distance. Staff was super friendly Willing to take care of their customers as best as possible. My room was great Spacious and clean.

This Hotels, crew members go all out to make sure you are happy and taken care of while staying there. If I have to do it again, I would love to choose Bliss hotel

We liked everything. The room was excellent. Interesting bathroom with a glass partition between the room, frosted glass in the middle. There was a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar and sweetener in the room. Refrigerator, hairdryer, two-in-one liquid soap-shampoo, napkins. Soft carpeting, warm radiators, sofa, TV, safe. Lots of different lighting. There are enough shelves in the bathroom and room, there is somewhere to put a suitcase and put things away. The windows opened well, the room was corner with windows on two sides - very beautiful. We liked it and recommend it to everyone!

When you open the windows, it’s noisy - this area is near the station, but it’s easy to get anywhere. There were no teaspoons to stir the sugar. There are no outlets near the bed to charge the phone.

best option in Frankfurt.very close to Train Station and Center as well. full of police around, I arrived late in the evening, the street is very safe, also the Hotel in on the corner with principal road=full of police around and people.

they shoudn't charge city tax,I came (from Nuremberg,Germany too ) for work as mentioned to reception and also here at booking.

The hotel has a good location, close to the Frankfurt Main Station (less than 10 minutes by walk), it is also close to tram stations and not too far from the city centre. The room is very comfortable, with two individual beds put together, broad space; the bathroom is clean and with good space as well.

Despite the good location, the environment of the hotel does not look very safe, specially at night, and is not very clean as the rest of the city. The wifi connection did not go well during my stay, and got disconnected many times with a low speed.

Nothing. The stay was really comfortable. When in frankfurt, this hotel stay will be a preference.

The room was more than what I had expected to see. Also, the room was generally very tidy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to pay another visit at Bliss.

We received to access cards but when we stepped out, my access card wasn't responding again. But withe the other, we could get into the room. It should be regulated with the IT.

There was a fridge in the room. The air conditioning worked good. The shower had good water pressure and there were bedside power outlets.

The Wi-fi didn’t really work that great. We could never stay connected and we had to ask for extra codes for the devices. The shower wall facing the bedroom was glass, which was weird.

Very close to the central station and shops

The surrounding areas of the property are really filthy, people selling and consuming drugs everywhere. Not suitable for families.

This hotel is a few minutes by foot from the main train station. I was also able to find street parking (I recommend the app „easy parking“ to extend the parking time however needed. I had a very big room with large windows, huge bed and clean nice bathroom. The staff was very friendly. For the price I paid, it was a real gem. I would book it again.
