The location by the train station is perfect for a short overnight stay. The room was clean but tired looking. The price was very expensive for this level of hotel - just under 200 euros.

Mouldy smell in all rooms. Extractor fan not working in shower. Uncomfortable mattress and pillow. Filthy looking room, brown stains on wall and carpet. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. Toilet wouldn't stop flushing. Smoke alarm ran out of batteries making loud noise in the night. Safe didn't work.

The room I stayed in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned but as I arrived so late at night I did not bother to dispute it as I wanted to sleep as I had a flight to catch in the morning. The bed was unmade as I arrived with just a mattress topper which had other peoples hair all over it and a cigarette burn. The pillow was on the desk and felt like it had been used for over 40 years. There was no cover on the pillow and it was a grotty colour and you could see the terrible filling. The duvet/throw was just in a messy lump on the bed and did not smell great. The bathroom had no towel for if you wanted a shower and the bathmat was sprawled across the floor. I understand the purpose of the room is just to be a basic place to sleep for not too much money but the standard of cleanliness was atrocious! To make a bed with clean sheets and clean a room of that size takes a small amount of effort so I am thoroughly disappointed. The room was also very hot and noisy with the window open.
