Clean and nice rooms

Very unpleasant location in terms of heavy drug users. Although they leave you alone when you go outside, it is not very pleasant to be outside even before it’s dark

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice!

I did not like the location and the slum people standing outside the hotel. I also hated that there were people screaming and yelling from outside that I heard all night which caused it difficult to sleep for me.

It’s a premier inn, so you get what you expect from a premier inn. Clean, comfortable tea and coffee with a decent shower.

I’m afraid that’s where the nice comments end. It’s got nothing to do with the hotel but on all streets that surround the train station there are small groups of foreign immigrants and Germans openly smoking crack dealing drugs, smoking pot, drinking. And with all that comes smashed bottles and rubbish everywhere. There was even drug dealing right outside the hotel entrance. Even though we didn’t have any trouble we hated going back to the hotel at night, it wasn’t nice. Shame really because it was a good hotel.

Very helpful, kind and nice reception and breakfast kitchen staff, our superior double room was really spacious, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast was very good. We could leave our luggage from the checkout time until our departure to the airport and loved the luggage tagging system (like in airports, one part of the tag remains on the suitcase, and you get a small tag for you). Everything very well organised.

The location near Frankfurt train station is excellent and horrible at the same time. The dirty streets with homeless people sleeping right on the pavement on the way to the station or the downtown, shady people smoking marijuana and selling drugs right by the hotel entrance make it less attractive. Those dealers seem harmless, but their presence gives creeps.

Room was lovely, exactly what you expect from a premier inn. Great facilities for tea and coffee, and super clean. Walking distance from the train station which is why we picked the location to stay at. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Close to tram and Metro stations.

Lots of random men hanging around the entrance and on the car park ramp. Had I been traveling alone I would have felt uncomfortable passing these to get to the hotel.

We arrived late evening, and were greeted by a friendly member of staff who conversed with us in English, There are plenty of places to eat close the hotel in the mornings, the room was compact and cozy, with spare pillows stored in the wardrobe. The overall cost of the property was good for the accommodation provided and was close to the Main Train Station.

We did have a bedroom that looked over the main road, so there was some road noise.. (we soon got used to it but initially it was a little distracting) The breakfast hot food seemed to have been sitting around for sometime, we chose not to eat it, which is a shame, as we had chosen last minute to book in for breakfast.

• Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms; • Convenient location near both main train and tram stations; • Staff were friendly and responsive — when the AC broke, they quickly offered a new room instead of making me wait.

• Not very sound proof walls; • The area around the hotel doesn’t feel safe, especially walking alone — it was the first time I genuinely felt unsafe getting to and from a hotel.

The hotel was great for the price. Very well done.

The hotel is very close to the train station that is ideal for commuting, however, several individuals were spotted selling drugs very close to the hotel. This is not ideal for families. Notwithstanding, aside from the issue with the drug dealers, the hotel is great and I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Frankfurt.
