Room is excellent. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and spacious. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Guest can ask for iron board and kettle at the front. We can get free drink if we don't require daily cleaning. Luggage can be stored if the room isn't available and check out is 12pm. Close to Frankfurt Hbf..

Although the location is super close to the Main station, but this is Frankfurt. There are many, many homeless and junkie surrounded the station and hotel area. These people didn't harm us but we feel intimidated when walking pass them. So, we avoided to come back at night time. On the check-out date, cleaning staff knocked the door but we didn't answer, so he opened our room without any permission. Luckily that we already finished shower and dressed up...

The location is at walking distance from the train station, so very convenient. Unfortunately, the atmosphere outside the hotel doesn’t feel always safe, but this of course this aspect doesn’t depend on the hotel.

My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional, offering a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was swift and welcoming—within minutes, I had my room key in hand, and the front desk staff made sure I had all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The room itself was a true sanctuary: immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly quiet, with a plush bed and high-quality linens that made it almost impossible to leave in the morning; every detail, from the ambient lighting to the blackout curtains, contributed to a restful and rejuvenating experience. The hotel’s location was another highlight—perfectly situated within walking distance of popular attractions, local cafes, and public transport, yet tucked just far enough away to offer a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. When it came time to check out, the process was just as smooth and courteous as my arrival, with the staff going out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, stored my luggage for a few hours while I explored a bit more, and even arranged a ride to the airport—leaving me with a genuinely warm impression and a strong desire to return for another stay soon.

Always when we arrive to Frankfurt we took this hotel. Its amazing. We love the location because is near the train station. We only have to walk a little to arrive. We have a rewe in the other side, this is amazing for us, We love the staff. Always is friendship. And the design of the hotel is little but have everything. We are secure that always when we stay in Frannkfurt will be our best option. Thanks for everything

Maybe that is around the yunkee part. But we love this mix of the city. We never have problems around and we find everything. Could be the little detail that maybe we find.

Comfortable, modern room. Nice! We didn't have the paid breakfast so cannot comment. Fast check in and out. Nice hotel. Great bed and shower.

No kettle, glasses, or fridge. The room doors are very heavy and slam closed. Every few minutes we heard a bang of a door closing somewhere on our floor. Still, very minor niggles. Biggest thing, and the reason we will not be going back is the location of the otherwise excellent hotel. For better or worse it's near the main train station. There are people dealing drugs and with drug paraphernalia just at the corner. I don't know, maybe that a plus for some people LOL. Unless you absolutely must stay in this area I'd strongly recommend staying elsewhere. I did not feel entirely safe. Frankfurt, clean up your drug problem - it's hurting the tourism! Not going back.

The room is as beautiful as in the photos. The staff is friendly and relaxed. The room inside of the house is very quiet there is only offices whicj closes after 5 in the afternoon and during the weekend they are totally emply of people. Room was very quiet and nice to sleep.

Only bad thing is, that hotel is very near the area, where is lot of homeless people. They didnt disturbe you but for the woman travelling alone have to be bit careful, because there is also lot of bordells quite near and in the streets lot of young men who can ”maybe” try to take contact. Im not sure, but i can imagine that. And i dont even know is it a bad thing at all 😉

The location is within 2 Minutes of the main train station. The rooms are newly refurbished and the staff were very helpful. Very clean also.

Outside the hotel is pretty much hell on earth due to its high number of drug users. Which is common around most main train stations in Europe. This is is of course no fault of the hotel. My advice would be either avoid the area at night or get a taxi directly to you the door. After one or two streets away from the hotel everything is fine. Don’t be put off by this because the hotel is great.

Not the hotel’s fault at all, but I didn't realise what a terrible area this hotel is in. From google maps it looks great, being close to the main train station and walking distance to the Messe Hall where our event was. However, this area is rife with druggies in the streets. If I wasn’t with my husband I would’ve felt extremely uncomfortable. So just something for people to consider.

Nice room and bathroom with spacious shower. The breakfast was very good with good quality food and decent food choices. The receptionist gave me a toothbrush set for free after asking if they would be available.

The hotel is lacking a clear visual indication of the name at the entrance. There is no sign outside and even if you look inside it is not directly clear in which hotel you are. Another couple waited for 30 minutes in the lobby only to realize that they were in the wrong hotel. The walls of the rooms are relatively thin and you can hear your neighbors talking or hear the TV. I had to use ear plugs.

Super clean and conscious hotel close to the main station. Breakfast on an upper floor with great view. Friendly staff, quiet.

You have to know that the area around Frankfurt Main Station is very dirty, full of drug dealers and homeless people. Apparentely, the city does not have the situation under control. In the street of the hotel there are also shady people hanging around. We did not feel very safe at night. The hotel owners and people living in the area should talk to the city to do something about that. We were shocked and had not experienced something like that in any other city. For this reason, we are not sure if we will book this hotel again, which is a real pity cause the hotel itself is great...
