The apartment is close to Frankfurt Central station, which is where the inner city trains arrive at. The room we got is at the lower floors, but it has double glazed window which is quiet after the windows are closed. We are required to do an online check-in (which Numa will send you a link closer to your travel date), and all comms from Numa is pretty clear. There are also 2 convenient stores which is nearby the apartment. Having the tram stop right in front of the apartment is also a huge plus!

Although the walk to the hotel is quite direct from the main entrance, suggest Numa to include the instructions to arrive at the apartment via the shorter path as guests will be carrying luggages. For anyone reading this comment, please exit via the side door (beside the Post Office / McDonalds).

The location is good, few steps away from Central Station. Everything is digitally, so no headaches on check-in / checkout, no misunderstandings based on language etc. The room was clean, the bed very comfy, we found everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the view was really nice! There are supermarkets nearby and coffee shops, plenty kebab places. I have seen other people giving a lower score because of the homeless people nearby and I don’t understand what does it have to do with the apartment?! It’s not like the host put you to sleep with homeless people……. For anyone with common sense or that has visited any other places, there are homeless people EVERYWHERE IN THIS WORLD, specially if you will stay near Central Station…. Important to mention that they’re actually drug dealers so worse case scenario they will ask you if you want to buy anything from them and if the answer is “no”, they just let you be, they are not aggressive at all and I have also seen security people assuring the order and safety.

The flat was very conveniently near the main station, which also had an underground connection. The tram stop outside was served by 5 routes. A wide variety of cafes and restaurants were within a couple of minutes walk. The flat was dual aspect, so very bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with a good pressure of hot water.

The crockery consisted of 2 of each of bowls, dinner plates, small cups, large cups, wine glasses and tumblers - but no side plates. The kitchen sink was missing a plug which did make washing-up slightly more difficult.

Bed and pillows are one of the best I have encountered!! Location is fantastic and deco is chic and cool. Room came with welcome goodies was a pleasant surprise.

Should provide trash bags or clear thrash/ basic vacuum of the room every 2-3days. We stayed for a week and have a full trash with food leftovers and the room got dusty on the floors. Only found out the trash are cleared only upon checkout. No ice box in the fridge either. Not possible to buy ice for drinks. There's only 2 plates, 2 cups and 2 bowls. Kind of difficult to prepare any meals.

Compact small apartment in a good location near train station (easy airport access). Self-check-in with touchpad locks to entry and room. Nice windows with blackout curtains and powered shutters. Soft beds. Good security..

We ended up one floor above busy avenue. Recommend higher floors for less street noise but pretty well insulated. No a/c but great windows. A bit hard to find initially - very small signage. Bedding limited to a bottom sheet and a duvet covered down quilt. With the soft bed, harder to maintain a comfortable body temp. A top sheet would help a lot.

The apartments are very, very good. Everything is new, good quality, modern. Nice design of the living room and comfortable bed. The most important for me - it was very clean. So, many thanks to the management!

It's not about the Numa I Blau it's about the awful mud and thousands of drug addicts in the centre of Frankfurt. Despite the proper location (5min to walk from the Central station), I've been deeply surprised seeing the drug addicts on my every step. Felt myself not safe.

The room was great. Having a washing machine and drier on sight was excellent. The host was good at communicating. The room was ready early.

We arrived at 7am on a 20hr international flight so we waited outside with luggage until 11am when our rooms were available. This was early so we were grateful. However, if there was a reception we could have left our luggage there and explored the city. The neighbourhood wasn’t safe so waiting in a local cafe was an eye opening experience. Other than storage on arrival and the ghastly neighbourhood dealing with the staff online was easy and the communication was clear. The location is really central to everything so getting around was very straightforward.

The apartment is a comfortable and bed is also a very comfortable .I like all the facilities provided by the owners Room was an outstanding Cleaning is outstanding But the management of this apartment is not good . I completes all the forms Which is provided by the owner But when I reach there The provided pin code is not working We're waiting outside about 30 minutes .the outside temperature of - 7 So it's not good for the management .Please take care of your customers .

It’s very central and walking distance to the main train station. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. The place is so nice we booked it again for a second stay.

This is less about the property and more about outside. There are a lot of sketchy characters hanging around the train station and many drunks smashing bottles on the street. During the day it’s completely fine, only at night was this a problem.

Super clean, spacious property with great digital service from check in to check out. It was always the perfect temperature and fit for purpose.

Nothing about the property but for people who are looking to stay here, keep in mind that the location is great in terms of walking distance to inner city but the streets behind the property can appear to be a little unsafe or questionable but don’t let this deter you from a super easy, great value stay.
