I have stayed in this hotel many times and from my point of view it is on the best hotels located next to the central station. The location is great! It was recently renovated and the rooms are clear and stylish.

Fantastic experience 💯! Very close to the train station, just a few minutes walk. Very safe area too, felt comfortable walking back at night. And there are several grocery stores in the area. The staff were all ridiculously nice and knowledgeable, they helped me figure out the best routes and gave some good tips on visiting the city. Breakfast was abundant & delicious with a wide variety of food, drinks, snacks and fruit. The room itself was spacious and the bed so very comfortable. And evenings are really nice out on the balcony.

The entire experience was great! I had a bit of a problem with the shower that ended up leaking all over the bathroom floor BUT it turns out it was me and not it 🙈

Great value for the price. Very comfortable bed. It was super clean in the room and bathroom. Great, modern bathroom with all accessories. Very good location close to the main train station. Very polite older gentleman at the reception. Great breakfast with wide selection of everything.

Almost no sockets in the room. It was just 1 visible and easy access socket. No free welcoming drinking water. The hot breakfast dishes were almost cold. Common areas could be a bit better/improved. It was cold at the corridors. Room was a bit dark.

The staff were nice and friendly, the room looks good and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable and the room is air conditionied. If you are looking for an area not far from the Hbf but in a nicer neighborhood,I recommend this place. Other areas around the Hbf didn't feel comfortable walking around or through at all. The breakfast was basic, but good.

The floors of the rooms need to be cleaned a bit better. There is a water bottle in the room but for a fee (way above the regular price). In my opinion, water hotel rooms should be provided with no additional cost. Nothing else to complain about.

Breakfast was much better that we expected. Room was quite big, comfortable and silent. Convenient Check-out time (till 12 o'clock) - 2 hours after breakfast. The staff is very polite. We really had a rest, although we only stayed one night

It wasn't so important for us and certainly didn't ruin our stay, but maybe it will help other people somehow: Some breakfast items are arranged in such a way that you cannot immediately find what you need: for example, boiled eggs situated too high, bread - too low. One man asked me where I found bread and I chose the wrong cup for hot chocolate, because I thought that it is the biggest one. the Hotel doesn't have parking space. There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby, but they are quite expensive.

Very nice hotel, located close enough to the train station but out of the nasty area that surrounds Frankfurt train station (known for being full of drug addicts being loud all night long). This was for me the decisive reason to stay here, you can have a good night sleep, very comfortable, but still be close to the train station. The hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good.

Everything was perfect for my stay.

The hotel is super nice with a wonderful staff! The room was super comfortable a bit to hot for my taste but they allowed us to turn the ac on.

The area surrounding the hotel is not very nice, lots of drug addicts very dirty, lots of homeless people asking for money!

The room was spacious enough with modern facilities.a mini bar was also available with the mini fridge being so useful in summer. View from the balcony on the 7th floor was reasonable Breakfast was quite good quality. Far enough from the train station for some peace but still only a 12 minute walk away

The air conditioner didn't seem to do a lot and struggled to cool the room. The location although far enough from the train station is not great.

It was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Lots of plus that made me to come back - Close to the central station and located in a safe area. (Frankfurt central station is not so secured) Also there is a big shopping mall, Asian supermarket close-by - very comfortable and quiet room - friendly staffs - good quality & pricing I would definitely come back again :)

The stay in the hotel was perfect. They checked us in early in the morning, the service provided through whole stay was excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast delicious and the staff very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Next year we will definitely choose this hotel again.
