Great room good price beautiful lobby and bar area.The bar staff is very friendly and great tasting German beer. I fly into Frankfurt on Singapore airlines from New York JFK and take the S Bahn into Frankfurt Train Station and the hotel is just across the street. This hotel is new and very clean.

This is my go-to stay every time I’m in the city. Every few months I fly from Qatar and stay in Frankfurt and this is my favorite hotel. The location is perfect, well designed lobby and interiors. The staff always treat me well, it’s hygienic and I always feel welcomed and relaxed staying here. I have tried many hotels in the city and since a few years my top pick is always IntercityHotel Hbf.

the area around train station is dodgy with vagrants, junkies shooting up, mental cases mumbling/walking/shouting. Strongly advised to keep kids away from here. Going from train station to hotel (literally cross the road), you are at medium risk, the train station has only mental cases and homeless people and security walking around. The junkies shooting up and dealers will only approach you if you exit from the front of the station and cross the road there. Strangely there are several restaurants and hotels there and locals seem to be used to it, but as a visitor it may worry you. Just be aware.

only small bits, like - staff not willing to deposit luggage in room when said room becomes available only after arrival. I'm used to "you will find your luggage in your room when you come back from your meetings in the city", but not possible here. - hotel bar closing at midnight, even on Fridays and Saturdays - cleaning stuff trying to enter the room WHILE knocking, instead of "knock - wait for a possible answer - enter". I hate that (they did that multiple times)

Situated very close to Frankfurt am Maine station ( 3 min walk ), with a side access onto the platforms which makes it very convenient if raining. Also only a 15 min walk from the Messe exhibition grounds if walking, or underground service from the main station if its raining. Smart, clean rooms. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom although a bit small had a good shower. I arrived at the station about 1.5 hours before my check in time, but called the hotel and they said i could drop my bags. When i got there a few minutes later they informed me they had a room, so i could check in straight away. Staff very friendly / helpful.

The areas around the station can be a bit intimidating, but you can find safer ways to avoid some parts like walking through the station itself rather than using the pavements outside.

My TV was not working (staff sent for repair, proposed to change rooms, ... everything they could so much appreciated it) - Coffee cup, spoon and a kettle available, but no coffee/tea/sugar/cream - Feels safe but not in the best neighbourhood (as typically the case of the neighbouthood near the station in any big cities) - Unfortunately during big events the price skyrocketed and I felt less value for money this time

Really close to the train station, perfect for connections or late night train rides. Breakfast was really good, but they mean it when they say it ends at 10am. The ladies were trying to kick us out by 10am. Mattress was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being next to a train station and tons of construction. Check out is at 12 which I'm not used to with hotels, so we loved this.

small quirks in the room, the bathroom has a clear window with a sheer curtain. We are relatives, and so we wished there is more privacy when using the shower. We had to agree to tell each other to not look when using the bathroom. The area is a bit sketchy, which maybe as a solo female traveller is something to keep in mind.

Everything was great in the room and also in the hotel in general and it is worth of coming back to it. The Men in the front desk were absolutely friendly and kind and very engaging with a guest to solve their problems and see what they need unlike the women . To the people whom are planning to rent cars from car rentals companies in Frankfurt the pick up and the drop off Location is right next to the hotel and that's so convenient.

The check-in did take us more than 20 minutes waiting because the 2 women working in the front desk were really slow and they did have an attitude towards some guest and I wish if they just realised that they do work in the hospitality business and therefore they should be hospitable and keep their real personality and problems back home and try to be friendly so that does not affect the hotel and people don't hesitated to come back to the hotel.

Close to central station. Rooms are big and confortable.

They should pay attention to cleanliness of the room. The first room I checked in was full of hair on the floor and almost everywhere. I went to reception and asked another room. I also showed them pictures. They gave me another room. That room has some also some hair on the toilet seat but did not want to change again. The receptionist gave me a complimentary drink coupon for this inconvenience. So their janitors make sure that the room is really clean. Also the TV remote does not work. Probably the battery was off. As I stayed one night I really did not bother.

Excellent functional modern room, nicely furnished. Fairly recent new construction in what was a big empty space very good wifi, everything working well. Great sound insulation even in a room facing the street. Covenient location, side entrance to the South side of the main station literally just across the street. (Flixbus station right around the corner). Friendly staff. Plenty of quick breakfast places in the "Hauptbahnhof". Easy walk to the many museums along the Main river and other major attraction.

Really hard to come up something. Of course, some areas around the train station are still a bit on the seedy side, but compared to old days (when I lived in Frankfurt) the whole neighborhood has vastly improved.
