The hotel itself was good, but the reception was unfriendly yet helpful. He agreed to change my room as I requested higher floors, but his behavior was unfriendly for a hotel receptionist.

The secretary was unfriendly. The WiFi did not work at first. I brought it to the reception, but he, without making any effort to check, told me the problem was with my phone. Then I had to spend 15 minutes proving to him that the problem was with the hotel. It was really annoying. Additionally, there is no iron in the hotel.

I stayed for a couple of days because I had to work near Frankfurt. The hotel is very comfortable and it offers nice facilities, but the location is the only thing I didn't find so great. There's a construction work nearby so the arrival at night, travelling with the tram, was quite difficult. Still, is not so far away from other areas in Frankfurt where there's more to do.

The location is not so great. Near the hotel there are not so many bars, supermarkets, etc. The access to the entrance of the hotel not so easy.

Positive surprise upon arrival, as it was better than expected. Large room, very friendly staff, clean and on the first floor there is a possibility to sit outside..

Went for work, to visit Frankfurt Messe. Not far by Uber (6-7 minutes) but a little more complicated with public transportation. Not many places to have dinner in the neighborhood, but there is a newly opened grocery store 3 minutes away, and room has microwave, fridge and mini kitchen for cooking..

“The Rooms” is a very nice and beautifully decorated hotel right outside of the heart of Frankfurt, situated in an industrial area. Check-in was super easy and quick and the whole staff was friendly and courteous. The room was big, very nice decorated and had almost everything you’ll need, even a kitchen if you’d like to stay in and cook. You’ll have plenty of options if watching TV e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime. The breakfast had a good variety of everything and was good. Altogether our stay was pleasant and we would come back!

Since the hotel is pretty new there are a few things that are not ideal. The parking situation isn’t the best, if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot at the street or down in the next streets near the hotel. The shower is beautiful, but doesn’t have a curtain or anything, just a glas wall on the side so after taking a shower, the bathroom was quiet wet/slippery. We went out for dinner, but there’s also a kitchen if you’d like to stay in and cook yourself, though there are a few things missing (dishwasher tabs, kitchen towel, dish soap, sponge…) and there’s not enough silverware or dishes.

The place is super clean and very modernly made. The service apartments are really value for money. The staff is humble and polite takes care of all your requests. Will recommend for future stays for business travels. also btw the hotel has great looking bar.

Friendly staff, very responsive for every question that we had, spacy comfortable rooms. Some of the furniture was stained, they seemed like old permanent stains, but overall the room was clean. The bathroom was kind of tricky because it was tough taking a shower without spraying water everywhere.

Loved how spacious the room was and the cleanliness, it was like a little apartment and balcony was very cute. Fridge, microwave, and closet was very nice. Also loved how the TV had Netflix available. The rooms were very nice, despite few deficiencies I would still book again. It gave a nice homey feel.

I didn’t like how The shower water was super hot it wasn’t a cold/ in between or warm option and the bathroom sink wouldn’t go up so the sink became filled with water. Also wished pots or pans was there so I could’ve used the stove in my room. The surrounding area outside the hotel didn’t really match the quality of the hotel but inside the rooms was still nice.

The Rooms is a really nice hotel 1 hour walking distance from the city center. It is a bit isolated from supermarkets or stores, but walking 15 min you can find a nice neighborhood to do groceries and shopping. The apartment was nice and clean, with boiler to have some thee or small meals. The shower and kitchen was equipped and they allowed about doggy with no problems.

Maybe a coffee machine would have made it perfect. The rest was really nice.

the hôtel is rather new and the staff was much interested in details that they could make better to improve their hosts stay. I look forward to seeing these improvements during a next visit
