Room was clean. The hotel is located in quit district, 7-10 minutes from the train station from which you can easily and quickly get to the center. There are several supermarkets nearby. The hotel owner was very welcoming and provided with very detailed instructions on how to check-in.

The soundproof is poor: I have heard people talking in the hallway. Also there are rubbish bins right near the window, which can also add some noise. The room was not equipped with kettle/coffeemaker, as it was stated in description (although I did not ask the owner about providing any of that, maybe there is possibility to ask for something like that).

I got asked after my stay if I can leave an honest review which is the first thing I love about this place. They asked for HONESTY and not for as good as possible review. So, here it comes: - First of all, Leo is an amazing host! I was sick and he made sure I have everything I need. He even checked on me during my stay. Leo is the first kind and lovely person I've met during all my stays in Frankfurt. He is the owner and makes sure you will feel welcome and comfortable. I am so grateful for it. The best host ever! - The check in and check out process was very easy. - The accommodation is very close to a train station. It is only a 5 min walk and you reach 3 very important trains in Frankfurt. - On one night I visited my friends and took an Uber to them. The Uber price was very cheap which is because of the good location. Also this is a safe neighbourhood. No reasons to be scared here. - Very near by the hotel is a very good Italian restaurant - amazing pizza. And also there are supermarkets very close (5 min walk). - The room was very clean and had everything you need. - The room is a bit smaller than in a lot of other hotels but for the price you definitely can't complain. - The beds were very comfortable. - I was here during winter time and I really liked it that you can regulate the heater by yourself and like this I always had a comfortable room temperature.

As a German I have nothing to complain. It was simply perfect and has an amazing price-quality ratio.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the service is very attentive and friendly. The price is also very good. We had to cancel one of the rooms due to special reasons, and Leo kindly agreed to our request for a refund. We would like to take this opportunity to express our apologies to Leo for the inconvenience caused by check-out and our gratitude for helping us reduce our losses. As a solo female traveller safety is always important, specially arriving at night. The area felt safe, the room was super clean, the instruction on how to access the room was clear, and the area was quiet. Leo the site manager was super helpful from the start. I used Bolt from the airport to the location and paid roughly 23euros, but I read that the hotel is walking distance from the station.

This place was comfortable and very clean. I liked the clear instructions given before by the owner regarding check-in, which made it very easier. I am sure I would be back here often since I need to travel to Frankfurt often because of my work, and its location to my workplace is an added bonus.

room were comfortable, service were very nice and staff were helpful. They would go above to help you with anything you need. To my unawareness, my second room was cancelled by booking. com. Leo was able to help me get a room close to Aurelia where my son and his friend were staying so that I'm not far away from them. I'm really thankful for that.

I definitely liked the neighborhood. It was calm and safe. The hotel is located not far from an underground station which's really convenient. The room was not big but cozy. I also want to mention staff's friendliness and readiness to help or provide some necessary information.

It was a bit of spider web on the ceiling and a little mold on the shower cabin seams.

Near station..Easy to find. Nice and quiet safe neighbourhood. The bed was awesome comfortable. Water pressure is good. Room is spacious. We walked the neighbourhood till main mosque of Frankfurt. Owner responded very fast. Contactless check in/out. Highly recommended.

The small hotel is located at the ground floor of a building in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was a bit small (while ideal for one person) but had all the necessary comforts, with a large bed and a large window with electric blinds. I loved that it was very quiet, facing a courtyard.

Location is great and the owner - very kind and cooperating. Free street parking . I will always try to book here for next stop overs at Frankfurt. Mr. Mercedes, is very helpful.

Minor things- the main ceiling lamp in the room was broken, so instead of it 2 smaller table lamps were kept . But the room was still a bit dark with these 2 lamps . But probably if we informed the staff, they would have fixed it.
