Checking in could not be easier. I received very clear instructions and checked in all by myself. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Tram 17 stops 3 minutes by foot. There was a balcony in my room. Everything looks new and clean.

There was no air conditioning. It was very hot during my stay (nearly 40°C!), and my room felt like a sauna. They had a fan, but it was pretty useless in this insane heat. My only solution was taking cold showers after each trip to the city. I ended up catching a cold.

Service apartment were newly made, you can smell the new paint in the rooms and stairs. The place was clean, and comfortable. All the amenities were there as described. A small dishwasher was such a good addition. Overall we had good stay. It was close nearest train station or supermarket or restaurants by just 5~10mins walk

Parking is the big issue. Although I requested much in advance they couldn't assign the parking and I was told that it is full. When I went to the parking at mid night more than half was empty. Since we were on road trip we had lot more stuff in car and we wanted to had better & safe parking. I would recommend to fix the parking allocation system have some check gate or special key to enter parking or something to keep the counting correct. If you are coming by car, there is nothing to complain about.

The apartment is very smartly designed taking into consideration most of the important and even minute aspects. I was impressed by the service as well as the arrangement. It is a top notch property. Right from the check-in to the checkout, the process was well defined and hassle free. Thank you Brera Team. The room service staff is quite professional as well as helpful.

This would be more of a recommendation rather. Instead of having a half glassdoor for the bath, it would be better to have either a complete glass door or waterproof shower curtains.

It's my second stay at Brera and I should stay this is a very good choice for people who don't want to stay at hotel yet want to have all the comfort of a serviced place. I like the location of the apartments, it's actually close to everything yet you are far from the city crowds. There is everything in the apartment that one needs for a comfortable stay, you can actually cook, wash your clothes and even work in the house lobby. WLAN is working very well and so does the Brera team, they reply promptly and help make your stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend further

Brera apartments is my first choice when I stay in Frankfurt. Here you have everything you need- privacy, security and a very good infrastructure, you can reach the city center in 15 minutes and at the same time you stay away from the crowds. You also have a fully equipped apartment with a good kitchen, so if you stay longer and get tired of eating out, you can always cook

The checking in process was quick & easy & reception was helpful in answering my questions & with luggage storage. The room was lovely & clean & really well equipped with everything I needed. The downstairs lounge was also a lovely place to sit for a change.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, I found it really soft & squashy. And there were very limited English channels on the TV. I could only find BBC News, most of the other channels said not enough signal

Excellent location, good connections to get downtown or out of the city. Modern well designed appartment with a full kitchen. Laundry in the basement. Overall facility is great.

Some residents didn't follow the house rules thereby setting the fire alarm off. This happened several times at all hours of the day. Unfortunately no one was there at night or on the weekends to enforce the rules.

As someone who was exploring all day, it was really nice to come back to a quiet apartment set in a nice neighborhood of Frankfurt/Main. I also thought that the apartment had a nice amount of space for a month-long stay in the area.

There was some wear and tear on the walls, but that did not impact the stay!

I can say that the apartment exceeded my expectations in everything that relates to comfort, location and service. It gives you a feeling of a real home - starting from the lobby where you can chill with neighbours or work and all the way through friendly staff & cleaning services. Location is also top as you are close to everything (incl. public transportation) yet you're living in a very safe neighbourhood and away from the city center crowds. I would definitely recommend Brera West for a longer stay.

Location is handy, just off the highway and near public transport and supermarket, however parking in the streets is difficult. The apt was small but comfy and had everything I needed. Best is the easy check-in, no waiting times. Happy to book again when in the area.

The windows go out to the street, and there were no privacy blinds/curtains, only black-out curtains. The latter is great for sleep, but during the day it would be nice to have privacy curtains.
