The bed was clean. There is an elevator and it was easy to carry the luggage. The REWE supermarket is very close to the apartment, about 2 mins by walk.

More amenities for the long stay clients should be supplied, such as toilet papers and bottle of water. I did not realize that the apartment is very close to the station. So it can be a bit bothersome for sleeping. Thankfully I am not that a sensitive person so it was fine. The room should be cleaned such as dust on the light stands and unseen stuffs.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen was OK and the shower / toilet was good. The bed was very comfortable. I could not get the safe to work.

Lack of a place to use the kettle and coffee maker in the kitchen if you were using the Hob. The fridge didn't have an ice making tray. Because there was no A/C the room it was very warm around night time. The fan only moved warm air around the room which probably made things worse.

The location was convenient for me as I was attending a conference at the Messe. It is also close to the S bahn and trams. Check in and out was so easy. It was a bit odd for me not having a key at first, but it was actually quite nice! It was also a bit odd never interacting in person with staff, but their communication via WhatsApp was perfect. All the important information in a convenient message. I also really liked the lockers in the entrance. I had a later flight, so it was nice being able to keep my small suitcase there after checkout. The welcome beer was a nice touch, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to stream my Disney Plus account onto the TV. Overall a good stay!

The building and parts of the inside are a little dated, but I'm just being picky at this point. Overall a great stay. I would stay here again.

Easy check-in with door code, clean room and bathroom, good water pressure in shower, free communal washer / dryer in the basement. Easy access by train, tram, or bus. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Customer service is very responsive over text.

The rooms are fairly small and it gets warm in the room during the summer, as there's no air conditioning (but there's a small fan in the room). You can keep the windows open to get some air flow, but then the noise from the trains is super loud. The kitchen is well-equipped, but pretty small (very little counter space and only two burners on the stove). The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer, so can't make ice.

Great location for the purposes of our stay. Direct commute anywhere we needed. Clean room, had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and hygiene products. A pleasant surprise was free minibar and laundry. There is also a nice terrace on the roof! The communication with guests is superb, quick , responsive, efficient .

The building is right next to the train station. The noise isolation is quite good with all the windows closed. However, in summer without ac it is a choice between noise and air. There were also some problems with hot water in the building, but they were dealt with quite efficiently.

Great location, close to a super market. Wonderful view of the skyscrapers. Big plus that parking on the surrounding area was free. The room had all the facilities needed for a small trip for vacation.

Could have done a little better job on cleaning. The bedsheets should have been better washed.

location is very good Supermarket is nearby. Train station for S3 S4 S5 is 3 mins walking distance Street cable car 17 is also convenient.

I ask for one more bed blanket before I arrived. And no this blanket in the basement cabinet so I ask again. Until the last night I got the blanket, a bit too late.

Its always comfortable and easy to check in! Staff was extremely helpful and responded within minutes ! Very close to the SBhan and a rewe just downstairs !!!

Although it was not allowed to smoke, the room had a very strong smell, to the point that it was a bit inconvenient

Easy check-in. Nice and comfortable apartment with enough space, all essentials (but i didn't use the kitchen) and balcony. Good position, public transport nearby, main Station easy to reach. Nice soaps and cream in the bathroom. Supermarket 1' walk open till 10pm Apartment is not on the side of the big road

The area doesn't have nice restaurants or cafes. The bathroom wasn't 100% clean

The location of my apartment away from the railway line. The room had absolutely everything I needed. This is my 2nd visit to these apartments and this time it surpassed my expectations.
