Comfy beds in a central location with great subway connections. TV worked well and it was a safe place to unwind in the evenings. Good value for the price, the shower was spacious and worked well, and the staff spoke English. I found the staff to be well-natured too. REWE supermarket and other restaurants within close proximity to the hotel made getting fresh (cold!) food easy during the hot days despite the lack of fridge offered by the hotel. Will definitely consider Sophien Hotel for if I return to Frankfurt in the future.

My main complaint is that, upon arrival, I was asked to put down a €40 deposit which, whilst I did get it back upon check-out, I felt wasn't very clear during the booking process. The WiFi was also very temperamental and often went out for long periods of time. My only other small complaint is that I did notice some areas hadn't been dusted which triggered my allergies - namely, the lamp next to the bed had a layer of dust coating it. Other customers could be very noisy in the evenings.

The room was comfortable and exactly as advertised, parking area is quite small but we were lucky to have enough space. After a long trip it was exactly what we needed and the water pressure of the shower was the cherry on top. Receptionists very friendly, would stay again for sure

We mentioned that we need to check out at 7 am but there was no one at the reception and we had to wait for half an hour for the receptionist to turn up. We would have left but a €30 deposit was taken for the key when we checked in and as it was paid in cash we needed to wait to get the deposit back. They also request a 10€ deposit for the tv remote control..

Very clean, comfortable. Free parking in Frankfurt was excellent because we came by car.

Nothing, really. I could complain that it doesn't offer breakfast, but I was "warned", there were no surprises. So, there's nothing to complain about.

The room was nice

It was okey, it was said that they had parking, but they only had 3 spaces. It was marketed that I had to reserve a parking space and when I contacted them they said that one was left free, but they cant reserve it. Also the parking was very narrow. The hotel was closed, so they had to unlock it 🤣

The room is small but comfortable. The location is strategic. I went to Frankfurt to renew my passport and the hotel is the perfect place to stay because it's just 5 minutes from the Indonesian embassy.

The price is quite good. The Water Glasses are dirty and old you need to improve that. But overall it is good to stay there.

Bigger room than typical budget hotel.

I chose it specifically because of the free car parking. Turns out they have only 3 parkings, and these were already taken. On street parkings also taken, so I parked in parking garage 500m away.

The receptionist insisted on making a copy of my passport for check in which is not a general practice. It sounds suspecious. He tries on everyone .

Fantastic value for the money. Clean and tidy rooms in a very nice area of Frankfurt with easy access to everything.

I loved the location the cleaners were kind and attentive. The staff was great... I definitely will be back for business and leisure. There's a Godly peace and presence that is felt on the property. The holy spirit truly rest in this place.
