The place is very clean and beautiful. The customer care is top tier. Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations. This would be my go to place everytime i am in frankfurt. I recommend❤️

There is nothing bad about this place.

Location is perfect for the messe. Only a few minutes walk to the main entrance. Very easy to get to city center either by tram or subway. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, it’s very quiet, we slept very well. Hotel is merely two years old so everything is very new and clean. There is an iron and ironing board in the room, which is extra helpful for a business trip. Bathroom is large and very efficient. Towels are fluffy and snow white. Breakfast is delicious, offers enough variety, staff is especially kind and helpful. If sth is finished, it is replaced immediately. Coffee is nice, they also serve high quality tea options.

Price is a bit high during the messe days compared to normal days. Although there is a kettle in the room, there is no minibar or coffee machine.

Excelent hotel! Comfortable bed and clean sheets. Super silent rooms. Nice bathroom and secure location. There is a tram line in front of the hotel which can take you any place.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my whole stay. They will happily store your luggage if your room is not ready yet. It was a warm atmosphere and as a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe. They gave me a few recommendations on restaurants and were able to help with all my questions. The room was very comfortable and it had all the amenities they advertised. It was very spacious. The only critique is that I wish they had kept two towels standard in the room and that there was daily refuse removal from the rooms (however if you leave the bin outside your room housekeeping will empty it). I did ask for an extra towel and they happily provided one. They kept harder pillows in the cupboard and soft ones on the bed which was perfect. I thought that this was a lovely touch. There is a vending machine downstairs that is perfect if you need water/a snack after a long day. The staff will happily give you coins for notes so you can make use of it. I would highly recommend Premier Inn again and would definitely stay here again!

The location is 10 min. walk from Skyline mall so we could eat even on 1.05 holiday when nothing worked. 20 min. walk from main station too. Very close to light train too. The room had a lot of space. The bathroom was big. The room looks very good and comfy.

I asked a quiet room= that I don't hear doors slam! Acoustics are bad. Someone who lives in another adjacent room shuts the door and I need to hear this. Warum?? It woke me up several times. On 1.05 reception woman had little patience explaining where we could find something to eat. Her body language (face) said "leave me alone".

The location of the hotel is perfect, especially if you’re in Frankfurt for an event in Festhalle. If you’re booking the double standard room the pictures are pretty similar but don’t expect something big. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy. The hotel also provides extra softer pillows in the room in case you need them. With a walking distance of 7 min to the U-ban station and just a 10 min train ride to Altstadt, the hotels location is one of best options out there for the money.

We stayed at room number 2 which was right next to the door that connected the lobby with all the other rooms, so from time to time you could hear the door being slammed by the guests, especially in the morning. The hotel didn’t provide any kind of slippers so it was annoying to get from the bathroom to your bed through the carpet, so keep that in mind. Also if you want to have breakfast in the hotel you’ll have to pay an additional fee for the buffet.

Premier inn was very clean all staff very friendly.Shower had good power & simple to use with plenty of hot water. Also nice bed linen & towels & very comfortable bed. Resteraunt was good for snacks throughout the day food fresh & tasty. Location good. Walking distance to everything we needed to visit.Excellent location if you needed to use public transport. Taxis always available.

Room small & compact. But fine as we spent v little there. Nothing in bathroom except body/hair combo. It would be nice to have shower cap & tissues. Very limited tea & coffee sachets.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and tidy, it had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee, and even an AC. Despite being close to a road, it was perfectly quiet. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I also particularly enjoyed the happy hours in the bar and and opportunity to grab a cool beer or a cocktail in the early evening. The location is great - safe and clean, with the tram and U-bahn connection. And all this was for a very good price comparing to other hotels in Frankfurt.

Beds: the mattress gave me a very strange feeling - as if I was laying on a top of a hill, and with any bit of movement towards the sides, I was rolling off. It felt like sleeping on a chunk of moving jelly. As a result, I couldn't relax and couldn't fall asleep on the first night. Fortunately, I found a trick - using the extra pillows (thanks for providing them!) to put on a side of the mattress to give my body extra support on a side. Shower: something was apparently wrong with the water insulation, and each time I showered, there would be a puddle collecting on the floor from the water leaking from the shower cabin. Water tap: just a poor sink design, resulting in water running down the countertop, each time you wash your hands.

Ms. Dilyana at the reception was extremely helpful and kind whenever we needed, from helping with the luggage to ordering food. The location was also OK. The beds were comfy and the sofa bed was big enough.

Too small room for 3 people when you put the luggages on the floor etc. The absence of a fridge made life harder during the night, even if the hotel accepted food and drinks at their own fridge downstairs.

The location is excellent with a tram stop right outside or a couple of blocks to catch the U-Bahn. The neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable walking around the area. Rooms are small by American standards, but we were out exploring all day and really just needed a place to sleep anyway. I appreciated that the rooms were not cleaned every single day as I appreciate my privacy. It's better for the environment, too. Everything was clean and functional. Hair dryer in the room. Safe in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
