I stayed in a comfortable single-room apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, and the room had a great view. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Very easy to get in and out of and located close to Messe Frankfurt Halle 5. The hotel was very quiet and there were no disturbances at night.

The couch becomes a bed - I left it as a bed for my entire stay, as it seemed like it would be quite an effort to convert it. Because it was a convertible bed, it was not as comfortable as a proper bed. There is only a bath-shower, which is not everyone's favourite. There was only one plug next to the bed and one free plug at the desk.

We liked the hotel. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a separate toilet from the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a fully automated espresso machine that we enjoyed. We took bed & breakfast, which turned out to be smart because there isn't a grocery shop in the near - the closest is in the shopping mall. The breakfast there is quite good, with a standard variety of food. Location is good, in front of the hotel there is a tram stop with 2 lines going to the Hauptbahnhof (that you would like to avoid), and a metro line U4 in just a short walking distance - Messe, that goes to the city center. All things considered and I recommend staying in the Adagio apart hotel.

Just a few little things, for example, for me, the pillow was too small.

Great location for Messe. Very well equipped kitchen, it had all the necessities. I did not hear my neighbours, so I guess it has a good sound insulation. Good security - you have to use your room key to use the elevator. Good breakfast. Likely will stay again.

Inability to control the room temperature. Apparently it is heating in the cold season and cooling in the hot season. I like sleeping in the cool room. Unfortunately, all I could do was to switch the heating off. Which did not do much to cool the room down. It is possible to open a window, but it is a very small opening which did not make an impact. Having a plastic undersheet did not help either.

We had an amazing view of the city, the apartment was fully equipped for cooking. The location of the hotel is really close to most subway entrances and close to the city center. If you are a tourist, I would recommend using the Frankfurt Card to save a lot on the metro and get discounts on museum entrances. If you arrived from far away with car I also recommended park houses (for example P+R-Haus Borsigallee), where weekly ticket is lot cheaper than day ticket in the hotel parking.

There was a piece of dust in the corner of the folding bed, but nothing terrible, but little bit close to face when we were sleeping.

Super nice staff. Very tasty breakfast. Sound proofing in rooms is effective. Lounge area with views. Secure entry. Modern furnishings. Air conditioning & heating good.

Good pantry but could do with better variety of frozen foods. Also please mention that you have a pantry in your advertising. It saves some planning stress if you know you can actually buy food at the hotel on arrival. No salt, pepper or sugar in kitchen.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff, friendly breakfast staff, excellent breakfast (quality & choice), good location, good view of the small park/lake/fountain and of the cityscape from our window, taxis always available outside. Walking distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. Secure entrance through keycard protected automatic door and elevator.

Apartment slightly smaller than anticipated. Slightly unpleasant to have to walk through the outdoor smoking & drinking area by the entrance.

Right outside the hotel is a tram station that takes you right to the city area and major attractions. Their units had kitchenette that are very functional so in our case we can buy fresh fruits or fresh eggs and prepare breakfast in the hotel. I love that they have unlimited access to water dispenser for both still and sparkling water… and also unlimited access to tea and coffee right at reception, you can do your laundy and all necessities!

I stayed for 6 nights so our room was not cleaned up because you can only qualify when you stay 7 nights and over. However I hope they can give a little flexibility on this

Everything. It was a great stay, great location - tram stop by the entrance of the hotel, 4 stops away from the Central Train Station, 2 stops away from the Ubahn, a short walk (5 minutes) to the Skyline Plaza. The room (apartment) was super comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, lots of storage space. Free water (still and sparkling), 1 bag of free coffee for the coffee machine in the room, great view, clean. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Great value for money.

The pillows - too soft

The room was very comfortable with a large refrigerator (no freezer) and everything that one needs to prepare any meals. The neighborhood and hotel were quiet. The hotel is near a lidl, rewe and penny. Although not that near, the tourism area of Frankfurt (near Hauptwache) is reachable by foot. The check-in is at 15, but they have a luggage room for free, so it's possible to do some tourism while waiting for check-in. It was an awesome experience and if we go back to Frankfurt someday we will definitely consider staying here again.

The only thing we could complain about is that the AC temperature was not too adjustable. We were in Frankfurt in summer, but the AC could only reach -3°C, which we understood as (room temperature - 3) so it was too warm to use the provided blankets.

Very good, good View. Close to the center of the city also very close to the event I was attending. The rooms were slightly on the smaller side but enough amenities to get by. Would visit again. Thanks

There was no presence of a bidet. As a foreign traveler I would like to stay accustomed to my preferences and still enjoy my stay especially when it come to basic cleanliness needs. Would really recommend installing one.
