The location and the room unit which feels like home with furnished kitchen and separate toilet and it can be used also with kids in a separate room.

1. We booked with my wife and daughter and my wife must cancel the trip due to the loss of her father and has to go outside the country to the funeral. And the staff couldn’t understand this unforeseen circumstances and couldn’t make us some refunds. 2. The breakfast offerings were not as fancy as expected and the buffet place was all in a small area that we had to take some stuff out of the fridge and put it back …not comforting when the place is crowded with guests.

Two of us stayed in an apartment, rather than a room. We spent spend four days during the heat wave specifically to be somewhere with air conditioning, as we live on our boat. The staff deliberately put us into an apartment on the side of the building away from the sun, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even in the 101 degree heat. The kitchen particularly impressed me. Whoever selected the cookware, tools and gadgets must be a cook. Potato peeler, spatula, SHARP knives, etc., etc. The dishwasher was a terrific addition as we did cook in the flat. The staff was very kind at all times. They even gave us a topper when we said the mattress was too hard. The pub-style game room/lounge was very comfortable and welcoming. The onsite washing machine and dryer make it obvious that the Adagio is a great choice for people who spend several days in Frankfurt If this aparthotel is typical of the Accor chain, they definitely will see me as a repeat customer. Another thing worth noting is that there is a tram that runs directly in front of the building, and it is only a five-minute walk to the U-Bahn, so the location is very convenient. There is a large park across the street, and several restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

I can't think of a single negative about the Adagio.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is really good, you have many transport options like tram which is right in front of the hotel or subway, train which are within 10-15min walk The rooms were clean and exactly as you see in the pictures. We had breakfast included, which was diverse and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful with any information we needed. I would totally recommend this stay and I would definitely come back whenever I'll visit Frankfurt.

I stayed in a comfortable single-room apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, and the room had a great view. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Very easy to get in and out of and located close to Messe Frankfurt Halle 5. The hotel was very quiet and there were no disturbances at night.

The couch becomes a bed - I left it as a bed for my entire stay, as it seemed like it would be quite an effort to convert it. Because it was a convertible bed, it was not as comfortable as a proper bed. There is only a bath-shower, which is not everyone's favourite. There was only one plug next to the bed and one free plug at the desk.

We liked the hotel. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a separate toilet from the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a fully automated espresso machine that we enjoyed. We took bed & breakfast, which turned out to be smart because there isn't a grocery shop in the near - the closest is in the shopping mall. The breakfast there is quite good, with a standard variety of food. Location is good, in front of the hotel there is a tram stop with 2 lines going to the Hauptbahnhof (that you would like to avoid), and a metro line U4 in just a short walking distance - Messe, that goes to the city center. All things considered and I recommend staying in the Adagio apart hotel.

Just a few little things, for example, for me, the pillow was too small.

Great location for Messe. Very well equipped kitchen, it had all the necessities. I did not hear my neighbours, so I guess it has a good sound insulation. Good security - you have to use your room key to use the elevator. Good breakfast. Likely will stay again.

Inability to control the room temperature. Apparently it is heating in the cold season and cooling in the hot season. I like sleeping in the cool room. Unfortunately, all I could do was to switch the heating off. Which did not do much to cool the room down. It is possible to open a window, but it is a very small opening which did not make an impact. Having a plastic undersheet did not help either.

We had an amazing view of the city, the apartment was fully equipped for cooking. The location of the hotel is really close to most subway entrances and close to the city center. If you are a tourist, I would recommend using the Frankfurt Card to save a lot on the metro and get discounts on museum entrances. If you arrived from far away with car I also recommended park houses (for example P+R-Haus Borsigallee), where weekly ticket is lot cheaper than day ticket in the hotel parking.

There was a piece of dust in the corner of the folding bed, but nothing terrible, but little bit close to face when we were sleeping.

Super nice staff. Very tasty breakfast. Sound proofing in rooms is effective. Lounge area with views. Secure entry. Modern furnishings. Air conditioning & heating good.

Good pantry but could do with better variety of frozen foods. Also please mention that you have a pantry in your advertising. It saves some planning stress if you know you can actually buy food at the hotel on arrival. No salt, pepper or sugar in kitchen.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff, friendly breakfast staff, excellent breakfast (quality & choice), good location, good view of the small park/lake/fountain and of the cityscape from our window, taxis always available outside. Walking distance to nearby restaurants for dinner. Secure entrance through keycard protected automatic door and elevator.

Apartment slightly smaller than anticipated. Slightly unpleasant to have to walk through the outdoor smoking & drinking area by the entrance.

Everything. It was a great stay, great location - tram stop by the entrance of the hotel, 4 stops away from the Central Train Station, 2 stops away from the Ubahn, a short walk (5 minutes) to the Skyline Plaza. The room (apartment) was super comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, lots of storage space. Free water (still and sparkling), 1 bag of free coffee for the coffee machine in the room, great view, clean. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Great value for money.
