Location was very good as it was close to the airport with a few good restaurants nearby and a grocery store just around the counter to pickup snacks for the flight and some baked goods for breakfast. We visited the Italian restaurant next door and it was excellent. Quick service with great food. If you are taking the shuttle bus, do not look for the yellow vehicle. It is actually a bigger coach style bus. I have included a picture. You do not have to prearrange for the shuttle as there is a lot of room and it comes frequently. The room was very clean and had a little kitchenette if you wanted a meal in this would be perfect. They offered breakfast for an extra fee, but we just went to the corner grocery store. A Nespresso Coffee machine was in the room with assorted pods.

Better description of where to catch the shuttle bus at the airport and an updated picture of the bus to look for. There was not much room for clothes. There was an iron and ironing board that shared space with 4 hangers. Not much room.

The hotel overbooked their shuttle to the airport. When the shuttle arrived, it was a free-for-all to get in. There was no system for considering either who had booked first, or whose need to get to the airport was most urgent. This was a real pity, but it's something I think the hotel could easily improve and better manage.

Excellent in cleanliness! Not even NY Palace is as clean as this hotel. It deserves more than 5 stars and 5 diamonds. Everything in the room was top quality and super comfortable. Staff also was very friendly Price was reasonable also. My husband and I needed a one night stay. We received luxury comfort with reasonable price All the other hotels near Frankfurt airport were at least double price I want to thank all of you for a wonderful experience.. From now on your hotel will be the top of the list of hotels to stay at when we travel.

Everything, including the comfortable bed,, dovet covers, comfortable pillows, cotton sheets, snow white sheets, bathroom sparkling clean, modern faucets, sparkling clean kitchen, kitchen classes, eating utensils, clean towels I liked the brand new rug in the hallways and very tasty and welcoming colors.

Shuttle bus from hotel to airport which operates every 30 mins starting from 5.45 am. The price is 6 euros per person. Location near to the airport. However I am not sure if it would be possible to walk to the terminal. Espresso machine, electric stove and kichenete including dish washer in the room. The supermarket REWE is just a few minutes walk which have everything that you might need in case you want to prepare your own foods. Walking distance (about 10 mins) from the S-Bahn train station (Gateway Garden). We paid 5.80 euros from Frankfurt Hbf which is quite okay. The lobby is quite nice too.

Breakfast is 12 euros which I think quite pricey.

I couldn’t get a shuttle bus to the airport because your shuttle bus start time is 05.45 and I needed to leave at 05.00.The price you charge for the shuttle bus is €6.00 per head which would have cost me €18.00 for my family yet the taxi was only €15.00. This is the first time that there has been a charge for the shuttle bus to an airport.

The property was beautiful, modern, classy, clean.

The apartment which had been booked for three was too small to accommodate all three of us. It was ideal as an apartment for two. The third person was very uncomfortable on a small couch bed, which was absolutely no value for the money. A room for three should have beds for all three. Furthermore the parking fee of 24€ for 24 hrs regardless of whether you will only park for an hour or two, or the whole 24 hrs was a bit on the higher side.

The staff was always ready to answer questions. Comfortable room, nice bathroom, air conditioning and the ability to open the window. I even liked falling asleep to the sound of airplanes. But the soundproofing is excellent if you close the window. You can't hear outside noise from other rooms, good personal space. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster.

I think it would be better if each person had two towels — one small, one large. My friend used a small towel for her body, which was not very comfortable. It would be great if you could add Netflix to your TV.

Great Stay Near the Airport and Concert Venue The location was very convenient—just a short distance from the airport, which made our arrival and departure easy. We stayed here for a concert at Deutsche Bank Park, and it turned out to be a perfect spot for that as well. We were a group of four and shared an apartment that was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was a comfortable and practical option for a one-night stay, with all the essentials we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone attending events nearby or looking for easy airport access! Open 24/7! We saw as well that the hotel is providing shuttle to the airport. Possibility to rent umbrella. Underground parking available for 24€/night.

We originally booked for 2 people but informed the hotel in advance that we would be 4. Unfortunately, this request wasn’t taken into account, and we had to ask to change rooms upon arrival. The fourth bed wasn’t set up, but extra sheets were provided so we could make it ourselves. Finding the reception was a bit confusing, as there are two separate desks and no clear signage. That said, the apartment itself was clean and convenient for a short stay of one or two nights. However, for a longer stay, the space and amenities might not be sufficient.

The room was fully equipped with a small kitchen, a fridge and a dishwasher, but there was not enough cutlery or tableware, such as cups. Beds were very comfortable.

This accommodation was listed on Booking.com as offering extras, including a complimentary one-way airport shuttle. However, the hotel's terms and conditions stated that the free shuttle ride was only available from the airport to the hotel. As I wanted to travel from the hotel to the airport, I had to pay €6 per person for the service. I didn't take it. The shuttle service was the main reason why I chose this hotel. Ultimately, I was disappointed that the hotel did not meet the advertised conditions.

I liked that the location is right next to two excellent restaurants and a REWE within two minutes walking. and just 6 minutes walking from the S-bahn station. The shuttle service provided by the hotels for T1 and T2 is also very convenient, given the uncertainties of S-bahn travel these days. The breakfast was very good and it's nice that a bar is available in the reception area with a pleasant sitting space. A small fitness centre is also available.

Unsually, I did not find a space to hang dresses, unless I missed it. The safe locker did not seem to be working. It would be nice to be able to get just a coffee and a croissant instead of a full breakfast
